b)非極性ポリエチレンワックスを含むワックス成分と、を含み、前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、0.955グラム/cm3以上の密度を有し、前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、前記フィルムの10〜30重量パーセントの量で存在する、フィルム。 - 前記ポリマー成分が、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンと、低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、及び高密度ポリエチレンから選択される少なくとも1つのポリエチレンポリマーとのブレンドを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、ISO 2114に従って測定した場合、5(mg KOH/g)以下の酸価を有し、かつ/または前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、ISO 3681に従って測定した場合、5(mg KOH/g)以下のけん化価を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、140℃でDIN53019に従って測定した場合、100〜30,000(mPa−s)の範囲の粘度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、ASTM D 3954に従って測定した場合、125℃〜145℃の範囲の滴点を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、ASTM D 3985−05に従って測定した場合、前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスを含まない同じフィルムの100%延伸酸素透過率よりも少なくとも10パーセント低い100%延伸酸素透過率を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、UNE−EN 14932に従って測定した場合、45(J/cm3)以上のサイレージ穿刺抵抗を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、ASTM D 1922−09に従って測定した場合、500グラム超のエルメンドルフ引裂強度横方向を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、単層フィルムである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 多層フィルムであって、
a)第1の層と、
b)第2の層であって、前記第2の層が、
i)直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含むポリエチレンポリマー成分、及び
ii)非極性ポリエチレンワックスを含むワックス成分を含み、前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、0.955グラム/cm3以上の密度を有し、前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、前記フィルムの少なくとも3重量パーセントの量で存在する、第2の層と、
c)第3の層であって、前記第2の層が、前記第1の層と第3の層との間にある、第3の層と、を含む、多層フィルム。 - a)直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含むポリエチレンポリマー成分と、
b)非極性ポリエチレンワックスを含むワックス成分と、を含む組成物であって、前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、0.955グラム/cm3以上の密度を有し、前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、前記組成物の10〜30重量パーセントの量で存在する、組成物。 - 前記組成物が、複数の粒子である、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- フィルムを作製する方法であって、前記方法が、
a)溶融ブレンドを提供することであって、前記溶融ブレンドが、溶融非極性ポリエチレンワックスを含むワックス成分と、溶融直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含む第1のポリエチレンポリマー成分とを含み、前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、0.955グラム/cm3以上の密度を有し、前記非極性ポリエチレンワックスが、前記フィルムの10〜30重量パーセントの量で存在する、提供することと、
b)前記溶融ブレンドをフィルムに形成することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記溶融ブレンドをフィルムに形成することが、
a)押出機において前記溶融ブレンドを押し出して、チューブを形成することと、
b)前記チューブを冷却して、ブローストレッチフィルムを形成することと、を含み、任意選択で、前記溶融ブレンドが、多層フィルムにおける第2の層を形成し、押出機において前記溶融ブレンドを押し出して、チューブを形成することが、前記溶融ブレンドを第2のポリエチレンポリマー成分と共押し出しして、第1の層、第2の層、及び第3の層を含むチューブを形成することを含み、前記第2の層が、前記第1の層と前記第3の層との間にあり、前記第2のポリエチレンポリマー成分が、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
