Abstract
Description
[0007]RFIDタグは、エラストマー体の外面に隣接して配置され、好ましくはタイヤ硬化用ブラダーのビードに配置される。

Claims (20)
- エラストマー体と、前記エラストマー体に化学的に結合された無線周波数識別装置(RFID)タグとを含む、
硬化用ブラダー。 - 前記エラストマー材料が加硫されている、請求項1に記載の硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記RFIDタグが、前記エラストマー体の外面に隣接して配置される、請求項1に記載の硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記エラストマー体がタイヤ硬化用ブラダーである、請求項1に記載の硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記RFIDタグが前記タイヤ硬化用ブラダーのビードに配置される、請求項4に記載の硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記RFIDタグが少なくとも部分的にエラストマー材料で形成される、請求項4に記載の硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記RFIDタグが、前記RFIDタグをゴムで埋め込む第1および第2の層を含み、前記層の少なくとも1つが前記エラストマー体に化学的に結合される、請求項6に記載の硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記RFIDタグは、導電性ゴムアンテナを更に備える、請求項7に記載の硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記RFIDタグは、前記ゴムアンテナに機械的および電気的に接合されたチップを含み、前記チップおよび前記アンテナは、前記第1および第2のゴム層によって埋め込まれている、請求項8に記載の硬化用ブラダー。
- タイヤ硬化用ブラダーの製造方法であって、
エラストマー材料を混合するステップと、
無線周波数識別装置(RFID)タグをタイヤ硬化用ブラダーモールド内に配置するステップと、
前記タイヤ硬化用ブラダーモールド内で混合物を成形して硬化させるステップであって、前記RFIDタグをモールドされた前記タイヤ硬化用ブラダーの外面に隣接して配置するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記成形して硬化させるステップは、エラストマー材料を加硫することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記タイヤ硬化用ブラダーモールドの表面に沿って前記RFIDタグを位置決めするステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記タイヤ硬化用ブラダーにビードを形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記位置決めするステップは、前記タイヤ硬化用ブラダーの前記ビードに前記RFIDタグを配置するステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記成形するステップは、前記RFID硬化用ブラダーに前記RFIDタグが位置したら前記タイヤ硬化用ブラダー内にゴム材料を射出成形するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- タイヤモールドに受け入れられるように寸法決めされた未加工タイヤ内に受け入れられるように寸法決めされた、加硫されたエラストマータイヤ硬化用ブラダー体と、
前記エラストマーブラダー体に化学的に結合された無線周波数識別装置(RFID)タグと、
を備えるタイヤ硬化用ブラダー。 - 前記ブラダーがビードを含み、前記RFIDタグが前記ビードに隣接して前記エラストマーブラダー体に組み込まれる、請求項16に記載のタイヤ硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記RFIDタグは、前記RFIDタグをゴムで埋め込む第1および第2の層を含み、前記層の少なくとも1つが前記エラストマー体に化学的に結合される、請求項16に記載のタイヤ硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記RFIDタグが、埋め込みゴムに埋め込まれたチップとアンテナの少なくとも一部とを含む、請求項18に記載のタイヤ硬化用ブラダー。
- 前記アンテナは、少なくとも部分的に導電性ゴムで形成されている、請求項19に記載のタイヤ硬化用ブラダー。
