Abstract
A presente invenção descreve um pneu, que apresenta a inserção de uma tag RFID UHF passiva em seu momento de fabricação, em que a referida tag é instalada em cima da parte metálica do referido pneu, mais especificamente no aro de talão, com objetivo de diminuir o estresse mecânico do pneu em questão e permitir o seu rastreio na cadeia de manufatura desde as suas primeiras etapas de fabricação.

PNEU CONTENDO UMA TAG RFID
CAMPO DE APLICACÁO
A presente invenção se aplica no campo de dispositivos circulares feitos de borracha, i.e. pneus, que possuem em sua composição a presença de tags RFID passiva em frequência ultra alta e sem bateria.
A presente invenção descreve um pneu que, em seu momento de confecção, apresenta a inserção de uma tag com o intuito de promover o monitoramento e a automação da cadeia de manufatura do referido pneu.
FUNDAMENTOS DA INVENÇÃO
Atualmente, quando se fala em pneus com a presença de tags RFID, em sua maioria, as referidas tags são comercialmente fornecidas por empresas que as fabricam, para que posteriormente possam ser instaladas nos pneus durante o momento de sua confecção, no entanto, apresentam alguns problemas, tais como:
- Problema de desempenho (como por exemplo, o alcance de comunicação leitor-tag), devido à constituição do pneu, como a presença de metal e restrições na orientação e localização física da fixação da tag no pneu;
-Problema da robusteza da tag tanto durante o processo de fabricação do pneu (visto que o processo de vulcanização necessita de temperatura e pressão alta), quanto durante o uso quando montado em uma roda (por exemplo, estresse mecânicos, torção, fricção, deformação, choque, pressurização, etc).
Dessa forma, visando obter um melhor desempenho, a presente invenção descreve um pneu que apresenta a inserção da tag RFID no momento de sua fabricação, permitindo a rastreabilidade do processo produtivo desde as etapas iniciais de produção bem como a definição de uma região estratégica que visa maximizar a distância de comunicação entre o leitor-tag e causar um menor estresse mecânico, se distanciando de probfemas decorrentes, tais como a baixa performance da referida tag e a a danificação da estrutura do pneu.
ESTADO DA TÉCNICA
O documento PI 0800915-5 descreve um pneu com a presença de uma tag RFID e um método para fabricar pneu, em que o pneu apresenta além de uma massa de preenchimento, uma segunda massa colocada acima da parte da dobra da lona de carcaça (1) e que forma uma interface de matéria que favorece a robusteza mecânica e permite otimizar a distância de comunicação.
No entanto, neste documento, a tag é colocada na região de interface entre as duas massas de preenchimento do pneu, se
distanciando da presente invenção, em que a tag é colocada em cima do aro do talão do pneu, com o intuito de aproveitar a superfície
disponibilizada pelo arame do aro,
O documento WO2017046245 descreve um pneu que compreende um transponder passivo e um método para leitura dos dados, em que a solução proposta neste documento se aplica implicitamente para pneus metálicos, aqueles usados em tratores e caminhões, que possuem fio metálico por toda parte da lona de carcaça.
Neste documento, a tag é colocada em uma região do pneu que é pouco exposta à deformações mecânicas e não é otimizada para metais, estando, dessa forma, afastada das partes metálicas do pneu, ou seja, do fio da lona de carcaça e do aro de talão, se distanciando da presente invenção, em que a tag é diretamente colocada na parte metálica do pneu, isto é, em cima do aro do talão.
O documento KR200601 19206 descreve um pneu que apresenta uma tag RFID e protege o local de colocação da tag no aro de talão do pneu, dentro da parte com preenchimento de massa de borracha, também chamada de“Apex".
No entanto, o referido documento se distancia da presente invenção, visto que na presente proposta, a tag RFID é colocada sobre o aro do talão para o aproveitamento das propriedades eletromagnéticas da superfície metálica disponível, taí como ganho de antena, e não apenas
na parte ("Apex”) do talão com preenchimento de massa, como é o caso do documento KR20060119206.
A geometria do aro do talão é favorável à conversão de um campo eletromagnético em um campo próximo elétrico. A superfície de metal disponibilizada pelo referido aro permite a implementação de antena do tipo cavidade dielétrica ressonante ou ainda antena do tipo monopolo, usando essa superfície como plano de terra, que faz com que quanto mais próximo a tag esteja da superfície metálica, maior é o ganho de antena e, portanto, maior fica a distância de comunicação leitor-tag.
O documento DE202017102186 descreve a colocação de tags RFID em pneus de uma forma genérica, em que a distância entre a tag e a borda externa do pneu é menor que 1/10 do comprimento de onda e/ou inferior a 25 mm.
Dessa forma, o pedido acima mencionado se distancia da presente invenção, visto que não define explicitamente se a tag pode ser posicionada em cima do aro de talão e, não explicita um possível funcionamento da tag por acoplamento em campo próximo às estruturas metálicas do pneu.
O pedido WO2017130956 descreve um pneu do tipo metálico, que possui uma lona de carcaça como fios metálicos, em que a tag presente no referido pneu funciona com acoplamento indutivo entre o chip e, é conectada à uma primeira antena (indutor) e uma segunda antena do tipo "dipolo". Adicionalmente, os fios da lona de carcaça atuam como uma terceira antena e a tag é colocada a uma determina distância dos fios que otimizam a distância de comunicação entre o leitor-tag.
Dessa forma, a presente invenção se distancia do documento em questão, pois faz uso de um acoplamento metálico ao aro do talão presente no pneu, ao invés de fios de lona.
O documento americano US7050017 descreve as várias formas de aplicar uma tag RFID em um pneu, são elas: através de acoplamento capacitivo entre a tag e os fios das lonas metálicas; através da tag
posicionada nas partes laterais do pneu sem metais, entre os fios das lonas metálicas e o aro de talão.
Nesse documento, a referida tag se acopla eletricamente aos fios das lonas metálicas e ao aro de talão e, dessa forma, forma uma estrutura de antena do tipo“slot".
Dessa forma, a presente invenção se distancia do documento acima citado já que além da tag estar posicionada em cima do aro do talão, a estrutura obtida não constitui uma antena do tipo "slot”.
O pedido WO2017136752 descreve uma bexiga usada na fabricação de um pneu e que contém uma tag RFID. Durante a fabricação do pneu, a tag é colocada na parede interna da parte do pneu que serve de molde para a bexiga, e o enchimento da mesma através de pressão e temperatura (vulcanização) faz com que a tag se cole à bexiga.
Embora o documento WO2017136752 reivindique a localização da tag no“talão" f bead"), o mesmo se distancia da presente invenção, visto que a tag, na referida presente invenção, é afixada em cima do aro de talão durante o processo de fabricação e não na parte“elastomérica” do pneu.
Portanto, pode-se concluir que a presente invenção se distancia dos documentos do estado da técnica aqui apresentados, visto que nenhum deles refere-se a pneus que apresentam uma tag RFID afixada em cima da região metálica do referido pneu, preferencialmente na borda externa dos aros do talão, com o intuito de diminuir o estresse mecânico tanto durante a fabricação como durante o uso do pneu em questão.
SÚMARIO DA INVENÇÃO
A presente invenção descreve um pneu, que apresenta a inserção de uma tag RFID UHF passiva em seu momento de fabricação, em que a referida tag é afixada em cima da parte metálica do referido pneu, mais especificamente no aro do talão, com o objetivo de diminuir o estresse mecânico do pneu em questão e permitir o seu rastreio na cadeia de manufatura desde as suas primeiras etapas de fabricação.
BREVE DESCRIÇÃO DAS FIGURAS

DESCRICÃO DETALHADA DA INVENÇÃO
A presente invenção descreve um pneu, que é composto por aro do talão (1), preenchimento de massa de borracha (2), dobra da lona de carcaça (3), lona de carcaça (4) e telas de reforço (5), conforme
evidenciado na Figura 1.
O referido pneu apresenta, no momento de sua confecção, a fixação de uma tag RFID UHF passivo (6), conforme evidenciado na Figura 2, em seu aro do talão (1), mais especificamente na borda externa (7) do referido aro, conforme evidenciado na Figura 3.
O uso de tags RFID em pneus tem como objetivo o monitoramento, a automação e o rastreio da cadeia de manufatura desde as primeiras etapas de fabricação dos referidos pneus.
Atualmente, as tags RFID presentes nos pneus são instaladas nos mesmos durante o momento de sua confecção e, no entanto, apresentam alguns problemas, tais como dificuldade de comunicação entre o leitor-tag e estresses mecânicos.
Dessa forma, a solução já existente no estado da técnica para tentar amenizar a faiha e maximizar a distância de comunicação entre o
leitor-tag é a instalação das tags em regiões distantes das partes metálicas do pneu.
Contudo, a presente invenção, em busca de ser totalmente inovadora e inventiva, descreve uma tag RFID (6) que será instalada sobre a parte metálica do pneu, mais específicamente no aro do talão (1), onde a referida tag (6) irá fazer uso da superfície metálica para poder aumentar a área equivalente de antena, aumentando a eficiência de captação e reflexão da energia eletromagnética e, aumentando, dessa forma, a distância de comunicação entre o leitor e a tag.
Já em relação à diminuição do estresse mecânico, a presente invenção descreve uma tag RFID (6) que é instalada na região do talão, de preferência na borda externa de um dos aros do talão (1), que é a zona do pneu que sofre o menor estresse mecânico, tanto durante a sua fabricação como durante o seu uso.
O menor estresse mecânico na região de talão pode ser justificado devido à pouca deformação causada pelos desnivelamentos de estrada com buraco, degraus e pedras, além de ser uma região que sofre menos alongamento, contração ou torção quando comparada com as regiões de parede lateral do pneu.
A presente invenção não restringe a forma de afixar a tag (6) ao aro do talão (1), ou seja, a referida tag (6) pode ser colada, pode ser presa através de um grampo, ou ainda pode ser amarrada através de um fio de algodão ou de algodão emborrachado.
A melhor opção para afixar a tag RFID (6) ao aro do talão (1), de forma a garantir um alcance de leitura, robusteza da referida tag (6) ao processo de fabricação e impacto na robusteza do pneu, dependerá do tipo de pneu e do tipo de tag (6) que será afixada no aro (1).
Dessa forma, a fixação de uma tag RFID (6) no aro do talão (1) de um pneu, além de permitir a proteção e integridade da referida tag (6) nas etapas subsequentes de fabricação do pneu, potencializa a distância de
comunicação entre o leitor-tag e, assim, facilita o rastreio e monitoramento da cadeia de manufatura do referido pneu.
Dependendo da orientação das antenas de leitura em relação a posição do pneu numa determinada linha de montagem, outros locais de fixação da tag RFID (6) no aro do talão (1) do pneu ainda podem aumentar a distância de comunicação leitor-tag, como as bordas laterais (7), conforme evidenciado na Figura 4, e a borda interna (8), conforme evidenciado na Figura 5.
A presente invenção foi revelada neste relatório descritivo em termos de sua modalidade preferida. Entretanto, outras modificações e variações são possiveis a partir da presente descrição, estando ainda inseridas no escopo da invenção aqui revelada.
Claims
1. Pneu compreendendo um aro do talão (1), preenchimento de massa de borracha (2), dobra da lona de carcaça (3), lona de carcaça (4), telas de reforço (5) e uma tag RFID (6), CARACTERIZADO pelo fato de a referida tag (6) ser afixada sobre a parte metálica do pneu onde se encontra o aro de talão (1).
2. Pneu, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 , CARACTERIZADO pelo fato de a referida tag RFID (6) ser afixada, mais específicamente, na borda externa (7) do aro de talão (1).

9. Pneu, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 7, CARACTERIZADO pelo fato que a tag RFID (6) é amarrada no aro do talão (1) por meio de fios.
10. Pneu, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 7, CARACTERIZADO pelo fato que a tag RFID (6) é colada no aro do talão (1).
