Claims (13)
- 試料を冷却するための無寒剤冷却装置であって、
真空チャンバと、
主熱浴を提供するための前記真空チャンバ内に第1の温度が生じるように構成される、第1の冷却器と、
試料が配置される試料ステージと接続する第2の冷却器であって、前記第2の冷却器が前記試料ステージに第2の温度を提供するように構成される固体冷却器であり、前記第2の温度が前記第1の温度と異なる、第2の冷却器と、
前記第1の冷却器および前記第2の冷却器を操作しながら、前記試料を交換するように構成される、試料装填器と、を備え、
前記試料ステージが前記主熱浴から熱的に分離されるように、前記試料ステージが低熱伝導率の第1の機械的懸架部によって前記真空チャンバ内に保持され、前記第1の機械的懸架部が複数の第1の繊維によって提供される、
冷却装置。 - 前記試料ステージを保持し、前記試料が交換される間、前記主熱浴に熱リンクを提供するように構成される試料ステージ係止器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記試料ステージ係止器は、ロック解除位置とロック位置との間で可動である1つ以上の軸を備え、前記ロック解除位置では、前記1つ以上の軸は前記試料ステージと接触せず、前記ロック位置では、前記1つ以上の軸は前記試料ステージと接触し、その試料ステージを適所に保持する、請求項2に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記第2の冷却器は、磁気冷却器、断熱消磁冷凍機、バロカロリック冷凍機、または熱電冷却器である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記第1の冷却器および/または前記第2の冷却器は、多段階冷却器である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記第2の冷却器は、モジュール式の組立体で提供される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記試料ステージで磁場を提供するように構成される試料磁石をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記試料ステージを囲む試料放射遮蔽体をさらに備え、前記試料放射遮蔽体は、前記試料放射遮蔽体が前記主熱浴から熱的に分離されるように、低熱伝導率の第2の機械的懸架部によって前記真空チャンバ内に保持される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記第2の機械的懸架部は、複数の第2の繊維によって提供される、請求項8に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記第2の冷却器は、冷媒および超伝導磁石を備える断熱消磁冷凍機であり、前記超伝導磁石は冷媒の体積にわたって磁場勾配を最小限にするようないくつかのコイルを備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記第2の冷却器は、前記超伝導磁石の浮遊磁場を減少させるように構成される少なくとも1つの補償コイルを備える、請求項10に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記第2の冷却器の固形冷媒は、底部および側壁を有するケース内に配置され、前記ケースは一体設計で形成され、蓋によって封止される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記第1の冷却器は、機械的冷却器である、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
