Description
Claims (13)
- 耐食性の合金からなる内側管(2)とプレスされる外側管(3)を有する二重壁の管(1)を製造する方法であって、前記外側管(3)と前記内側管(2)の間の少なくとも部分領域に接着剤(4)が挿入される方法において、前記外側管(3)と前記内側管(2)との接着後に前記内側管(2)と接着剤層(4)が管端部(21,31)のところで除去され、前記外側管(3)の内面がクラッディングされ、前記内側管(2)と物質接合式に結合されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記外側管(3)の管端部(31)が内面で溶接クラッディングされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内側管(2)の管端部(21)が熱的および/または機械的に除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤(4)が前記管端部(21,31)の領域で前記外側管(3)の内面で、および/または前記内側管(2)と前記外側管(3)との間で、熱的および/または機械的に除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記外側管(3)の内面の表面がクラッディングの前に化学的および/または機械的に処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記内側管(2)が長さ全体にわたって接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記内側管(2)が全面で接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記内側管(2)および/または前記外側管(3)がクラッディング中に冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内側管(2)とプレスされる外側管(3)を有する二重壁の管(1)であって、前記外側管(3)と前記内側管(2)の間の少なくとも部分領域に接着剤(4)が配置されている二重壁の管において、前記外側管(3)の管端部(31)に、前記外側管(3)を前記内側管(2)と物質接合式に結合する溶接クラッディング(5)が塗布されていることを特徴とする、二重壁の管(1)。
- 前記内側管(2)は耐食性の合金、特にクロム・ニッケル鋼またはニッケルベース合金で製作されており、前記外側管(3)は炭素鋼で製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二重壁の管(1)。
- 前記溶接クラッディング(5)は管端部から見て50mm〜250mmの長さで前記外側管(3)に塗布されていることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の二重壁の管。
- 前記溶接クラッディングは前記外側管(3)の端面まで延びていることを特徴とする、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の二重壁の管(1)。
- 前記溶接クラッディング(5)の内径は前記内側管(2)の内径に相当することを特徴とする、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の二重壁の管(1)。
