Description
Claims (10)
- 電気整流式電動機(2)のための干渉抑制モジュール(5)であって、
当該干渉抑制モジュール(5)は、
・回路担体(5.1)と、
・前記回路担体(5.1)上に配置されている電子回路装置(5.2)と、
・前記電子回路装置(5.2)を形状接続的かつ材料接続的に包囲している封止部(5.3)と、
・前記電子回路装置(5.2)を前記電気整流式電動機(2)の制御ユニット(4)と電気的に接触接続させるために設けられている少なくとも1つのインタフェース(5.4)とを有している、
干渉抑制モジュール(5)。 - 前記インタフェース(5.4)は打ち抜き格子(S)として形成されている、請求項1記載の干渉抑制モジュール(5)。
- 前記インタフェース(5.4)は、露出されているコンタクト面(K)を含んでおり、当該コンタクト面は、前記回路担体(5.1)内に集積されている電気的な線路要素(L)を介して、前記電子回路装置(5.2)と電気的に接続されている、請求項1または2記載の干渉抑制モジュール(5)。
- 前記インタフェース(5.4)はプラグモジュール(SM)として形成されており、当該プラグモジュールは、少なくとも1つの電気的なコンタクトピン(KS)と、当該少なくとも1つの電気的なコンタクトピン(KS)を形状接続的かつ材料接続的に包囲しているさらなる封止部(KP)とを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の干渉抑制モジュール(5)。
- 前記封止部(5.3)と前記さらなる封止部(KP)とは相互に一体成形されている、請求項4記載の干渉抑制モジュール(5)。
- 前記電子回路装置(5.2)は、前記回路担体(5.1)と材料接続によって接続されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の干渉抑制モジュール(5)。
- 前記電子回路装置(5.2)は少なくとも1つのコンデンサを有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の干渉抑制モジュール(5)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンデンサは、電解コンデンサとして形成されている、請求項7記載の干渉抑制モジュール(5)。
- 電気整流式電動機(2)のための干渉抑制モジュール(5)の製造方法であって、
・回路担体(5.1)の少なくとも1つの平らな面の上に、電子回路装置(5.2)を配置および固定し、
・前記電子回路装置(5.2)を前記電動機(2)の制御ユニット(4)と電気的に接触接続させる少なくとも1つのインタフェース(5.4)を前記回路担体(5.1)内に集積し、
・少なくとも前記電子回路装置(5.2)に、硬化可能な封止材料を付与し、当該封止材料は、硬化時に、前記電子回路装置(5.2)と形状接続および材料接続によって接続し、当該電子回路装置を一体的に封止する、
電気整流式電動機(2)のための干渉抑制モジュール(5)の製造方法。 - 車両(1)であって、
・電気整流式電動機(2)と、
・前記電動機(2)を駆動制御する制御ユニット(4)と、
・前記制御ユニット(4)と少なくとも電気的に接続されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の干渉抑制モジュール(5)とを含んでいる、
車両(1)。
