Claims (15)
- コア層及び前記コア層を保護するスキン層を含む本体部を形成するステップ、
前記本体部の外部周りに仕上げ部を配置するステップ、及び
前記本体部にヒンジ部を配置するステップ
を含む、トラック用デッキゲートを製造する方法。 - 前記本体部を形成するステップは、
レジンが未含浸された強化繊維を金型に配置するステップと、
前記強化繊維の上部にフォーム形態を有するコア層を積層するステップと、
前記コア層の上部にレジンが未含浸された強化繊維を積層するステップと、及び
前記強化繊維にレジンを含浸させてコア層の上部と下部に硬化されたスキン層を形成するステップとを含む、外側スキン、コア層、内側スキンが順次に積層された、請求項1に記載のトラック用デッキゲートを製造する方法。 - 前記外側スキン、コア層、内側スキンの厚さは、1:5〜7:1の比率を有するものである、請求項2に記載のトラック用デッキゲートを製造する方法。
- 前記強化繊維は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、及びアラミド繊維からなる群から選択される1種以上のものである、請求項2に記載のトラック用デッキゲートを製造する方法。
- 前記レジンは、エポキシ(epoxy)、シアネートエステル(cyanate ester)、ビニルエステル(vinyl ester)、及び不飽和ポリエステル(unsaturated polyester)からなる群から選択される1種以上のものである、請求項2に記載のトラック用デッキゲートを製造する方法。
- 前記外側スキンと内側スキンは、それぞれ強化繊維40−70重量%及びレジン30−60重量%を含むものである、請求項2に記載のトラック用デッキゲートを製造する方法。
- 前記コア層は、ポリ塩化ビニル(polyvinyl chloride)樹脂、ポリウレタン(polyurethane)樹脂、アクリル(acryl)樹脂、ポリスチレン(polystyrene)樹脂、ポリエーテルイミド(polyetherimide)樹脂、及びスチレン−アクリロニトリル−共重合体(Styrene−acrylonitrile copolymer)樹脂からなる群から選択される1種以上の樹脂を含むものである、請求項2に記載のトラック用デッキゲートを製造する方法。
- 前記トラック用デッキゲートは、VA−RTM工程により製造されるものである、請求項2に記載のトラック用デッキゲートを製造する方法。
- 運搬物が置かれ得る積載部のデッキの外郭に配置される本体部を含み、
前記本体部は、
樹脂で形成されたコア層、そして
強化繊維及びレジンを含み、前記コア層の一面と他面にそれぞれ配置されているスキン層
を含む、
トラック用デッキゲート。 - 前記本体部の外部周りに沿って配置されている仕上げ部、及び
前記本体部と前記デッキを連結する複数のヒンジ部
をさらに含む、
請求項9に記載のトラック用デッキゲート。 - 前記スキン層は、
前記コア層の一面に配置された内側スキン、そして
前記コア層の他面に配置されており、前記複数のヒンジ部が間隔を置いて配置されている外側スキン
を含み、
前記内側スキンには、間隔を置いて複数配置された補強バー
をさらに含み、
前記補強バーは、前記ヒンジ部と連結されている、
請求項10に記載のトラック用デッキゲート。 - 前記強化繊維は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、及びアラミド繊維からなる群から選択される1種以上であり、前記レジンは、エポキシ(epoxy)、シアネートエステル(cyanate ester)、ビニルエステル(vinyl ester)、及び不飽和ポリエステル(unsaturated polyester)からなる群から選択される1種以上のものである、請求項9に記載のトラック用デッキゲート。
- 前記外側スキンと内側スキンは、それぞれ強化繊維40−70重量%及びレジン30−60重量%を含むものである、請求項11に記載のトラック用デッキゲート。
- 前記コア層は、ポリ塩化ビニル(polyvinyl chloride)樹脂、ポリウレタン(polyurethane)樹脂、アクリル(acryl)樹脂、ポリスチレン(polystyrene)樹脂、ポリエーテルイミド(polyetherimide)樹脂、及びスチレン−アクリロニトリル−共重合体(Styrene−acrylonitrile copolymer)樹脂からなる群から選択される1種以上の樹脂を含むものである、請求項9に記載のトラック用デッキゲート。
