Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施形態に係る浄化装置1の概略構成図を示している。浄化装置1は、船舶のエンジン排ガス処理装置でありスクラバ排水発生源でもあるスクラバ2から排水されるスクラバ排水を浄化する。船舶のスクラバ2では通常海水が排ガスに噴霧されるため、スクラバ排水は海水である。しかし、洗浄水として清水を利用することもでき、その場合スクラバ排水は淡水である。
図3は本発明の第2の実施形態に係る浄化装置201の概略構成図を示している。本実施形態は、ろ過膜4としてセラミック膜4Bが使用されている点、及び第1の戻り配管L4が設けられていない点で第1の実施形態と異なり、その他の構成、効果等は特記のない限り第1の実施形態と同じである。なお、上述したとおり、セラミック膜4Bは親水性の膜である。
図6は本発明の第3の実施形態に係る塩分濃度差発電システム50の概略構成図を示している。塩分濃度差発電システム50は浄化装置と、浄化装置の下流に位置する塩分濃度差発電装置51と、を有している。浄化装置は例えば第1または第2の実施形態の浄化装置1,101,201,301であってよい。以下、浄化装置1を例に説明する。塩分濃度差発電装置51は、正浸透膜52と、正浸透膜52を介して互いに隣接する第1の空間53及び第2の空間54と、を有している。正浸透膜52と第1の空間53と第2の空間54は共通のハウジング55の内部に設けられている。正浸透膜52は溶質の濃度の低い溶液から溶質の濃度の高い溶液へ溶媒(水)だけを移動させる。
図7に示す装置を用いてろ過膜(中空糸膜)の通水試験を行った。原水として塩分濃度3%の海水にSOx成分、油分、懸濁物質(SS)を混ぜた模擬排水を用いた。試験手順は以下の通りである。

Claims (10)
- 船舶のエンジン排ガス処理装置から排水されるスクラバ排水の浄化装置であって、
スクラバ排水をろ過するろ過膜を有する浄化装置。 - 前記ろ過膜は親水性である、請求項1に記載の浄化装置。
- スクラバ排水発生源に接続されたスクラバ排水の循環路を有し、前記循環路の一部が前記ろ過膜の入口側空間を構成する、請求項1または2に記載の浄化装置。
- スクラバ排水を貯留し、前記ろ過膜が前記スクラバ排水に浸漬されるように前記ろ過膜を収容するろ過膜収容体と、
前記ろ過膜の透過側空間に連通し、前記ろ過膜で生成されたスクラバ排水のろ過水が排水されるろ過水排水配管と、
前記ろ過水排水配管上に設置された吸引ポンプと、
前記ろ過膜の下方から気泡を供給する気泡供給手段と、を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の浄化装置。 - 前記ろ過膜の薬品洗浄手段を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の浄化装置。
- スクラバ排水は海水である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の浄化装置。
- 請求項6に記載の浄化装置と、塩分濃度差発電装置と、を有し、
前記塩分濃度差発電装置は、正浸透膜と、前記正浸透膜を介して隣接する第1及び第2の空間と、前記第1の空間を通り、前記浄化装置で生成された前記スクラバ排水のろ過水が流通するろ過水配管と、前記第2の空間を通り、前記ろ過水より塩分濃度の低い水が流通する低塩分濃度水配管と、前記第1の空間の下流で前記ろ過水配管に接続されたタービンと、前記タービンに連結された発電機と、を有する、塩分濃度差発電システム。 - 船舶のエンジン排ガス処理装置から排水されるスクラバ排水の浄化方法であって、
スクラバ排水をろ過膜でろ過することを有する浄化方法。 - スクラバ排水発生源に接続されたスクラバ排水の循環路であって、前記循環路の一部が前記ろ過膜の入口側空間を構成する循環路に沿ってスクラバ排水を循環させることを有する、請求項8に記載の浄化方法。
- スクラバ排水は海水である、請求項8または9に記載の浄化方法。
