前記工具ホルダ(2)の前記当接面(22)と、前記締め付け要素(4)の前記当接面(20)とは、前記工具ホルダ(2)と前記締め付け要素(4)との間の接触部(30)を形成し、
前記工具ホルダ(2)も、前記締め付け要素(4)も、管路区間(39,40,41,42)を有する、
工具システム(1)において、
前記接触部(30)は、シール手段(31)を有する、
ことを特徴とする工具システム(1)。 - 前記シール手段(31)は、取り付け手段(52)により前記工具ホルダ(2)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の工具システム。
- 前記シール手段(31)は、軸方向(53)で脱落することがないように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の工具システム。
- 前記シール手段(31)は、周方向可動に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の工具システム。
- 前記シール手段(31)は、少なくとも1つの開口(50)を有し、前記開口(50)により、前記工具システムの締め付けられた状態において、前記工具ホルダ(2)内に設けられた管路区間(41)と、前記締め付け要素(4)内に設けられた管路区間(42)との間の接続が可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4記載の工具システム。
- 前記接続は、流体密な接続であることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の工具システム。
- 前記シール手段(31)は、金属から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の工具システム。
- 前記シール手段(31)は、セラミックにより構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の工具システム。
- 前記シール手段(31)の素材は、非弾性的であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の工具システム。
- 前記締め付け要素(4)は、付加製造法により製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の工具システム。
- 前記締め付け要素(4)は、フラット面(21,21’)を有し、前記工具ホルダ(2)は、表面(48)を有し、前記接触部(30)は、前記フラット面(21,21’)および前記表面(48)に対して角度(γ,α)をなして配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の工具システム。
- 前記締め付け要素(4)は、環状面を有するノーズ(5)を有し、前記切削プレート(6)は、環状面を有するくぼみ(7)を有し、前記工具システムの締め付けられた状態において、前記締め付け要素(4)の前記ノーズ(5)は、前記切削プレート(6)の前記くぼみ(7)内に係合し、これにより、前記切削プレート(6)は、前記工具ホルダ(2)の前記プレート座(17)内で締め付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の工具システム。
- 前記締め付け手段(15)により、力を前記締め付け要素(4)と、前記ノーズ(5)と、前記ノーズ(5)の前記環状面とを介して前記くぼみ(7)の前記環状面へ加えられることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の工具システム。
- 前記力を、前記締め付け要素(4)の前記環状面の360°の範囲にわたって、前記くぼみ(7)の前記環状面へ加えられることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の工具システム。
