Abstract
Description
図1〜9を参照して本発明の一実施形態に係るコネクタの構成について説明する。図1は、本発明の一実施形態に関わるコネクタを示す斜視図である。図2は、コネクタの断面図である。図3は、コネクタのハウジングの断面図である。図4は、図3の端子収容室を後方向X2側から視た部分断面斜視図である。図5は、図3の端子収容室を前方向X1側から視た部分断面斜視図である。図6は、端子を前方向側から視た斜視図である。図7は、端子を後方向側から視た斜視図である。図8は、図2のA−Aから視た部分断面図である。図9は、図2の端子とランスの係合状態を示す部分拡大図である。なお、図1では電線Wは不図示である。図中で、Xはコネクタ1の前後方向を示しており、X1は前方向であり、ハウジング2に対する端子4の挿入方向でもある。X2は後方向であり、ハウジング2に対する端子4の離脱方向でもある。Yはコネクタ1の幅方向を示しており、Y1は左方向であり、Y2は右方向である。Zは高さ方向を示しており、Z1は上方向であり、Z2は下方向である。なお、X、Y、Zはお互いに直交する方向である。

Claims (4)
- 電線が接続された端子とハウジングを備え、
前記ハウジングは、ハウジング本体を有しており、
前記ハウジング本体は、端子収容室を有しており、
前記端子収容室は、前後方向と直交する方向における断面が矩形状であり、
前記端子収容室は、前壁と、上壁と、2つの対向壁、及び、底壁から成形されており、
前記上壁と前記底壁は、前後方向と直交する上下方向において対向しており、
前記2つの対向壁は、前後方向および上下方向と直交する幅方向においてが対向しており、
前記底壁は、基部で連結された弾性変形可能なランスを有しており、
前記ランスは、前記端子の挿入方向である前方向側に面する係止面を有しており、
前記端子は、箱部と接続部を有しており、
前記箱部は、前後方向と直交する方向における断面が矩形状であり、
前記箱部は、天井板と、2つの対向板、及び、底板を有しており、
前記天井板と底板は、上下方向において対向しており、
前記2つの対向板は、幅方向において対向しており、
前記天井板は、前記2つの対向板におけるそれぞれの対向板外面に達する切欠き部により成形された前方天井板を少なくとも有しており、
前記前方天井板は、前記端子の離脱方向である後方向側に面する被係止面を有しており、
前記端子収容室に前記端子が収容された状態において、
前記係止面は、幅方向において、前記2つの対向板の両対向板内面幅より広い範囲で前記被係止面と係合する、
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記前方天井板の前記被係止面は、
水平被係止面部と、
前後方向において、前記前方天井板に前記被係止面に達する凸部が成形されることにより上下方向に突出する凸状被係止面部を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記前方天井板は、幅方向において、前記2つの対向板のうち、一方の対向板と連結しており、他方の対向板側から前記底板側に向かって突出する前方凸部を有しており、
前記他方の前記対向板は、前記天井板側から前記底板側に向かって切り欠かれた前方凹部を有しており、
前記前方凸部と前記前方凹部が係合する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記端子収容室の前記2つの対向壁は、それぞれの対向壁内面より幅方向における外側に窪んだ溝を有しており、
前記溝は、ランス側面と対向する部分に、前後方向に沿って成形される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
