図1は、第1実施形態に係る電磁流量制御弁(以下、単に「制御弁」という)100を示す回路図である。制御弁100は、入口ポート1、出口ポート2およびソレノイド3を備える。制御弁100は、ソレノイド3への入力電流値(ソレノイド3に入力される電気信号の電流値)に応じて入口ポート1から出口ポート2への流量を制御する。本実施形態では、単なる一例として、ソレノイド3が回路記号に表されているとおり比例ソレノイドである。
図2は、第1実施形態に係る制御弁100の断面図である。図3は、パイロット制御部40の断面図、図4Aおよび4Bは図2あるいは図3の一部拡大図であり、図4Aは可変絞り41、図4Bは開閉部42を示す。これら断面図では、流量制御部20およびパイロット操作部40が中立状態にある。断面図の左右方向は、ハウジングの長手方向あるいは軸方向、ボアの軸方向、スプールおよびプッシュロッドの軸方向あるいは移動方向、または、スプリングの軸方向および伸縮方向と対応する。左方は当該方向の「一方」と対応し、右方は当該方向の「他方」と対応する。
図5は第2実施形態に係る制御弁200の断面図である。図5に示すように、固定絞り7は、メインスプール24に代えて、パイロットスプール44に設けられていてもよい。この場合、開閉部42のラジアル通孔54と軸方向に並ぶようにして、アキシャル孔53を第2出口連通空間17bと連通させる小径の通孔をパイロットスプール44に形成することで、固定絞り7をパイロットスプール44に設けることができる。
図6は第3実施形態に係る制御弁300の断面図である。図6に示すように、固定絞り7は、メインスプール24あるいはパイロットスプール44に代えて、ハウジング10に設けられてもよい。この場合、ハウジング10にパイロット圧室4に開放される通孔18xが形成される。通孔18xは、パイロット圧室4から第2ボア12の径方向外周側に延び、通孔13および第1ボア11と干渉しない。通孔18xはハウジング10の外面に開口し、この開口が配管部材19xと接続される。配管部材19xは配管部材19bと接続される。出口路6はバイパス路8とパイロット圧室4で分岐し、配管部材19x,19bの接続点でバイパス路と合流する。この構成においても、回路記号上は図1と同じように表現でき、第1実施形態と同様の作用効果が得られる。

Claims (4)
- 入口ポートおよび出口ポートを有し、内部にパイロット圧室を設けたハウジングと、
前記入口ポートを前記パイロット圧室と連通する入口路と、
前記パイロット圧室を前記出口ポートと連通する出口路と、
前記出口路上に設けられた固定絞りと、
前記固定絞りを迂回して前記パイロット圧室を前記出口ポートと連通するバイパス路と、
ソレノイドと、
前記ソレノイドの非励磁時に前記入口路を閉鎖して前記バイパス路を開放し、前記ソレノイドの励磁時に前記入口路を開放して前記パイロット圧室にパイロット圧を発生させるとともに前記バイパス路を閉鎖するパイロットスプールと、
前記パイロット圧室内のパイロット圧に応じて前記入口ポートから前記出口ポートへの流量を制御するメインスプールと、
を備える、電磁流量制御弁。 - 前記ハウジングが、前記パイロットスプールの外面側に形成されて前記出口ポートと連通される出口連通空間を有し、
