Abstract
Description
図8〜10を参照して、本実施形態に係るエアトラップチャンバ10内の液体(血液、
生理食塩水等)の流れについて説明する。図8には、透析治療時のエアトラップチャンバ10の様子が例示される。エアトラップチャンバ10は、いわゆるエアレスチャンバであってよく、図中の破線ハッチングで示されるように、チャンバ本体12の内部空間の、上部領域41、接続領域42、下部領域43に亘り、液体で満たされる。
上述した実施形態では、テーパ部35の傾斜角度αを42°としていたが、その他にも種々の変更が可能である。例えば上述したように、傾斜面35Aに沿って、旋回流の少なくとも一部の流れの向きが変えられるのであるから、定性的には0°<α<90°であればよい。例えば図11に例示する第一別例では、傾斜角度α=25°としている。また図12に例示する第二別例では、傾斜角度α=58°としている。さらに図13に例示する第一別例では、傾斜角度α=72°としている。
Claims (7)
- 略円筒形状であってその中心軸方向一端は導入口が形成された上壁で覆われるとともに、他端に導出口が設けられ、前記導入口から前記導出口まで液体が流下されるチャンバ本体と、
前記導入口から前記チャンバ本体内まで延設され、端部開口である吐出口が前記チャンバ本体の内周面に、周方向に向けて設けられる導入管と、
を備えるエアトラップチャンバであって、
前記チャンバ本体は、液体の流れる領域として、
前記上壁内面から前記導入管を含む上部領域と、
前記導出口に接続される下部領域と、
前記上部領域と前記下部領域とを接続する接続領域とを備え、
前記上部領域の内周面は前記下部領域の内周面よりも大径であり、
前記接続領域の内周面には、前記上部領域との接続部から前記下部領域との接続部まで縮径されることで傾斜面が形成される、

前記接続領域の内周面は、前記上部領域の内周面と平行な鉛直面を含む斜円錐台形形状である、エアトラップチャンバ。 - 請求項1または2に記載のエアトラップチャンバであって、
前記傾斜面の、前記導出口の開口軸に垂直な平面に対する角度は、0°を超過し90°未満である、エアトラップチャンバ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のエアトラップチャンバであって、
前記傾斜面の、前記導出口の開口軸に垂直な平面に対する角度は、25°以上72°以下である、エアトラップチャンバ。 - 請求項1に記載のエアトラップチャンバであって、
前記傾斜面は、前記チャンバ本体の中心軸から径方向外側に張り出す凹状の曲面である、エアトラップチャンバ。 - 請求項1に記載のエアトラップチャンバであって、
前記傾斜面は、前記チャンバ本体の中心軸を基点にして径方向内側に張り出す凸状の曲面である、エアトラップチャンバ。 - 脱血された血液が循環される体外循環回路の流路上に、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のエアトラップチャンバが接続された、
体外循環回路。
