Abstract
Description
以下では本実施形態に係るエアトラップチャンバ10の組み立てについて説明する。まず、フィルタ40がハウジング本体34に組み付けられる。図8を参照して、フィルタ40の天井部42を先頭にして、導出口31からチャンバ内にフィルタ40が挿入される。さらに導出管33の内周面とフィルタ40の底部の外周面との間に溶剤(接着剤)が塗布されたチューブ(図示せず)が押し込まれフィルタ40が位置決めされる。この位置決めの際に溶剤によりチューブが導出管33の内周面に接着される。このように、チューブによって、ハウジング30とフィルタ40との間がシールされる。
図10には、本実施形態に係るエアトラップチャンバ10の別例が示される。この例では、パーティングライン28A,28Bに代えて、第一接続フランジ27の外周面に突起であるリブ128Aを突設させ、また、ハウジング本体34の外周面にもリブ128Bを突設させている。例えばハウジング本体34のリブ128Bの上端は第二接続フランジの下端に設けられる。
図11には、本実施形態に係るエアトラップチャンバ10の更なる別例が示される。この例では、パーティングライン28A,28Bに代えて、第一接続フランジ27の外周面に位置合わせマーク228Aが印字され、また、ハウジング本体34の外周面にも位置合わせマーク228Bが印字されている。例えばハウジング本体34の位置合わせマーク228Bの上端は第二接続フランジ32の下端に設けられる。
以上説明した実施形態では、第一接続フランジ27の外周面と、ハウジング本体34の外周面に、同一種類の位置合わせ構造(パーティングライン28A,28B、リブ128A,128B(突起)、凹み溝、位置合わせマーク228A,228B)を形成させていたが、この形態に限らない。要するにキャップ20とハウジング30との位置合わせができればよいのであるから、キャップに、パーティングライン28A、リブ128A、凹み溝、及び位置合わせマーク228Aの少なくとも一つが形成され、ハウジング30にも、パーティングライン28B、リブ128B、凹み溝、及び位置合わせマーク228Bの少なくとも一つが形成されていればよい。

- 一端に導入口が設けられるとともに、他端に断面円形の第一合わせ面を有する第一接続フランジが設けられ、前記導入口の開口軸が前記第一合わせ面の中心軸の軸外に設けられるキャップと、
一端に、前記第一合わせ面と合わせられる断面円形の第二合わせ面を有する第二接続フランジが設けられるとともに、他端に導出口が設けられ、前記導出口の開口軸が前記第二合わせ面の中心軸の軸外に設けられるハウジングと、
を備え、
前記キャップ及びハウジングに位置合わせ構造が設けられる、
エアトラップチャンバ。 - 請求項1に記載のエアトラップチャンバであって、
前記位置合わせ構造として、前記キャップに、パーティングライン、突起、凹み溝、及び位置合わせマークの少なくとも一つが形成され、前記ハウジングにも、前記パーティングライン、前記突起、前記凹み溝、及び前記位置合わせマークの少なくとも一つが形成される、
エアトラップチャンバ。 - 脱血された血液が循環される体外循環回路の流路上に、請求項1または2に記載のエアトラップチャンバが接続された、
体外循環回路。
