Claims (4)
- CBN砥粒と、前記CBN砥粒の粒度を示す番数に対して1番手粗い粒度から1番手細かな粒度までの範囲内の平均粒径を有する大径無機中空フィラー、前記CBN砥粒の平均粒径の1/5から1/2の平均粒径を有する小径無機中空フィラーとが、無機結合剤によって結合されている
ことを特徴とする均質構造の高気孔率CBNビトリファイド砥石。 - 前記CBN砥粒、前記無機結合剤、および前記大径無機中空フィラーおよび前記小径無機中空フィラーの合計充填容量が、前記高気孔率CBNビトリファイド砥石を100容量部としたとき、75から90容量部である
ことを特徴とする請求項1の均質構造の高気孔率CBNビトリファイド砥石。 - 前記大径無機中空フィラーと前記小径無機中空フィラーとの配合比は、5:5から7:3の範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の均質構造の高気孔率CBNビトリファイド砥石。 - 砥石断面における複数箇所の単位面積当たりの前記CBN砥粒を含む固形物の割合である砥粒面積率の度数分布図において8.5以下の標準偏差を有する均質性を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1の均質構造の高気孔率CBNビトリファイド砥石。
