Claims (7)
- 蓄電デバイスホルダーにおいて、
蓄電デバイスが収納される蓄電デバイス収納部と樹脂が配置されるための樹脂収納部とが、隣接して備えられ、
前記樹脂収納部と前記蓄電デバイス収納部と、が貫通孔を介して空間的に繋がっている
ことを特徴とする蓄電デバイスホルダー。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイスホルダーにおいて、
前記蓄電デバイス収納部は、対向する前記樹脂収納部の間に配置される
ことを特徴とする蓄電デバイスホルダー。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイスホルダーにおいて、
前記樹脂収納部の周囲に複数の前記蓄電デバイス収納部が備えられる
ことを特徴とする蓄電デバイスホルダー。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイスホルダーにおいて、
前記蓄電デバイス収納部と前記樹脂収納部との境界には、実装される蓄電デバイスの頭頂部より高い所定高さまで設けられたリブを有する
ことを特徴とする蓄電デバイスホルダー。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイスホルダーと、
前記蓄電デバイス収納部に収納された蓄電デバイスと、
前記樹脂収納部に配置された樹脂と、を備え、
前記樹脂が前記貫通孔を介して前記蓄電デバイスと接触することで、前記蓄電デバイスホルダーに前記蓄電デバイスが固定されている
ことを特徴とする蓄電デバイスモジュール。 - 請求項5に記載の蓄電デバイスモジュールにおいて、
前記蓄電デバイスと前記樹脂収納部の側壁外面とが当接する位置は、前記蓄電デバイスの高さ寸法を1とすると、頭頂部側1/2以内の範囲となるように、前記側壁外面が構成される
ことを特徴とする蓄電デバイスモジュール。 - 蓄電デバイスモジュールの製造方法において、
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイスホルダーに蓄電デバイスを実装する工程と、
前期蓄電デバイスホルダーと前記蓄電デバイスとを樹脂で固定する工程と、を有する
ことを特徴とする蓄電デバイスモジュールの製造方法。
