Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態におけるガス保安装置の構成図を示すものである。
の流量測定データの内に所定の流量値A(L/h)以上、あるいは−A(L/h)以下になる個数が所定個数以上とする。
本発明の第2の実施の形態におけるガス保安装置の基本的な構成は実施の形態1の説明に使用した図1と同じである。実施の形態1との差異は脈動認識手段5の動作が異なることにある。本実施の形態の脈動認識手段5では、図2に示すように脈動の影響で流量計測データが大きく変動せずに、図3に示すように全体的に0(L/h)からシフトした場合でも対応できるようにした点である。
図5は、本発明の第3の実施の形態におけるガス保安装置の構成図を示すものである。

Claims (3)
- ガスが流れる流路と、
前記流路を流れるガスの流量を測定するための超音波センサと、
前記超音波センサの計測値から流量測定データを算出する流量演算手段と、
ガスの微小漏れを検知する漏洩検知手段と、
前記流量演算手段で算出された流量測定データの変動が所定の値以上の場合に脈動が発生していると認識する脈動認識手段と、
前記脈動認識手段で脈動が発生していると判断された場合、流量測定データを所定の値だけ補正する脈動時流量補正手段と、
を備え、
前記漏洩検知手段は、前記脈動認識手段で脈動が発生していると判断された場合、脈動時流量補正手段で補正された流量測定データで漏洩の有無を判定するガス保安装置。 - 前記脈動認識手段は、前記超音波センサによる計測は所定のガス機器未使用と想定される期間に、前記流量測定データの所定の個数の平均が0(L/h)以外の所定の範囲の値だった場合は、流量測定期間を短くする請求項1に記載のガス保安装置。
- 前記脈動認識手段によって、脈動と判定したときに、流量測定期間を変更し、前記超音波センサの所定の回数の流量測定データの平均が最も0(L/h)に近づく流量測定期間を通常の計測モードとして再設定する計測モード最適化手段を備えた請求項1に記載のガス保安装置。
