Claims (5)
- 複数の電極と、複数の圧電体層が前記複数の電極を介して積層されてなる圧電素体と、を備える圧電素子であって、
前記圧電素体は、分極された分極領域を有しており、
前記分極領域は、前記複数の圧電体層の積層方向で互いに対向し、かつ、前記積層方向に交差する方向において互いに逆位相で伸縮する第一変位領域及び第二変位領域と、前記第一変位領域及び前記第二変位領域の間に配置された非変位領域と、を有している、圧電素子。 - 前記非変位領域は、前記複数の電極のうち、前記積層方向で互いに隣り合い、かつ、互いに同じ電位とされる一対の電極の間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の圧電素子。
- 前記第一変位領域の前記積層方向における長さは、前記非変位領域の前記積層方向における長さよりも長い、請求項1又は2に記載の圧電素子。
- 前記第二変位領域の前記積層方向における長さは、前記非変位領域の前記積層方向における長さよりも長い、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧電素子。
- 前記圧電素体は、前記積層方向で互いに対向している一対の主面を有しており、
前記複数の電極は、前記一対の主面の少なくとも一方から離間している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の圧電素子。
