Claims (5)
- 少なくとも屈曲振動する圧電素子であって、
複数の圧電体層が積層されてなり、前記複数の圧電体層の積層方向で互いに対向している一対の主面と、前記積層方向に交差する第一方向で互いに対向している一対の端面と、前記積層方向及び前記第一方向に交差する第二方向で互いに対向している一対の側面と、を有している積層体と、
前記積層体内で前記積層方向において積層され、前記積層体に複数の活性領域を生じさせるための複数の内部電極と、
複数の外部電極と、を備え、
前記一対の主面、前記一対の端面、及び、前記一対の側面は、それぞれ研磨された研磨面であり、
前記積層体の各稜線部は、丸められた面取り形状を呈しており、
前記複数の圧電体層は、前記積層方向の両端に配置された一対の第一圧電体層を有し、
前記稜線部の曲率半径は、各前記第一圧電体層の厚さの1.2倍よりも大きい、
圧電素子。 - 前記複数の内部電極は、前記積層方向において前記圧電体層を介して交互に積層された第一内部電極及び第二内部電極を有し、
前記第一内部電極は、複数の電極部分を含み、
前記第二内部電極は、前記第一内部電極の前記複数の電極部分と前記圧電体層を介して対向しており、
前記複数の内部電極は、一対の前記第二内部電極が前記積層方向の両端に位置するように積層されている、
請求項1に記載の圧電素子。 - 前記複数の電極部分は、前記第一方向及び前記第二方向のそれぞれに二列ずつで配列されており、
前記第一内部電極は、対角に位置する前記電極部分同士を接続する接続部分を更に含んでいる、
請求項2に記載の圧電素子。 - 前記複数の圧電体層は、前記積層方向の両端に配置された一対の第一圧電体層と、前記積層方向において前記一対の第一圧電体層の間に配置された第二圧電体層と、を有し、
各前記第一圧電体層の厚さは、前記第二圧電体層の厚さよりも薄い、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の圧電素子。 - 前記複数の内部電極は、対応する前記外部電極と前記稜線部で接続されている内部電極を含んでいる、
