Claims (9)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスであって、
ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40〜70%、Al2O3 10〜30%、B2O3 0〜3%、Na2O 5〜25%、K2O 1〜5.5%、MgO 0.1〜5.5%、P2O5 2〜10%を含有し、
0.41×[SiO2]+2.17×[Al2O3]−5.28×[B2O3]−0.54×[Na2O]−0.04×[K2O]−3.29×[MgO]+5.09×[P2O5]で表されるX値が70以上であることを特徴とする強化ガラス。 - ガラス組成として、質量%でSiO2 40〜70%、Al2O3 10〜30%、B2O3 0〜3%、Na2O 7〜20%、K2O 1.5〜5.5%、MgO 0.5〜5.5%、P2O5 2〜8%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%でSiO2 45〜65%、Al2O3 15〜25%、B2O3 0〜2%、Na2O 10〜18%、K2O 2〜5%、MgO 1〜4%、P2O5 2〜7%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス。
- −5.40×[SiO2]+9.69×[Al2O3]+18.08×[B2O3]+2.87×[Na2O]+18.25×[K2O]−5.79×[MgO]−2.89×[P2O5]で表されるY値が30以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- ビッカース硬度値が630以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 携帯電話のカバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40〜70%、Al2O3 10〜30%、B2O3 0〜3%、Na2O 5〜25%、K2O 1〜5.5%、MgO 0.1%〜5.5%、P2O5 2〜10%を含有し、
0.41×[SiO2]+2.17×[Al2O3]−5.28×[B2O3]−0.54×[Na2O]−0.04×[K2O]−3.29×[MgO]+5.09×[P2O5]で表されるX値が70以上であることを特徴とする強化用ガラス。 - ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40〜60%、Al2O3 13〜26%、B2O3 0〜1.8%、Na2O 8〜25%、K2O 0.01〜5.5%、MgO 0%〜5.5%、P2O5 2.1〜8.5%、CaO+SrO+BaO 0〜2.5%を含有し、
0.41×[SiO2]+2.17×[Al2O3]−5.28×[B2O3]−0.54×[Na2O]−0.04×[K2O]−3.29×[MgO]+5.09×[P2O5]で表されるX値が70以上であることを特徴とする強化用ガラス。 - 分相発生粘度が105.5dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の強化用ガラス。
