Description
図1は、本実施形態の二輪車用タイヤ(以下、単に「タイヤ」ということがある。)1の正規状態におけるタイヤ回転軸を含むタイヤ子午線断面図である。このタイヤ1は、自動二輪車(図示省略)に装着するのに適している。

内圧:290kPa
供試タイヤを装着したテスト車両(排気量1300ccの自動二輪車)で、テストドライバーが、ドライの舗装路面のテストコースを走行した。このときの旋回走行時のグリップ性能、旋回安定性能及び直進走行時の乗り心地性能が、テストドライバーの官能により、それぞれ、5点満点の評点で評価された。結果は、4回評価されたときの平均で示され、数値が大きいほど、各操縦安定性能が良好であることを示す。
供試タイヤがドラム式走行試験機に装着され、1.75kNの縦荷重を負荷した状態で、速度を段階的に上昇させて走行させ、タイヤが破損したときの速度がECE75に準拠して計測された。結果は、比較例1を100とする指数で示され、数値が大きいほど、破損したときの速度が速く、耐久性能が良好であることを示す。
供試タイヤを装着したテスト車両で、テストドライバーが、一般公道を15000km走行し、走行後の摩耗量が計測された。結果は、残存ゴムの量が比較例1を100とする指数で示され、数値が大きいほど、摩耗量が少なく、耐摩耗性能が良好であることを示す。

Claims (10)
- トレッド部にトレッドゴムを備えた二輪車用タイヤであって、
前記トレッドゴムは、トレッド面をなすキャップゴムと、そのタイヤ半径方向内側に配されたベースゴムとを含み、
前記キャップゴムの300%モジュラスM300cは、前記ベースゴムの300%モジュラスM300bよりも大きく、
前記キャップゴムの損失正接tanδcは、前記ベースゴムの損失正接tanδbよりも小さく、
前記トレッド面は、タイヤ赤道を中心としたクラウン領域と、前記クラウン領域のタイヤ軸方向外側のショルダー領域とを含み、
前記クラウン領域での前記キャップゴムの厚さは、前記ショルダー領域での前記キャップゴムの厚さよりも大きい、
二輪車用タイヤ。 - 前記キャップゴムの厚さは、前記クラウン領域から前記ショルダー領域にかけて滑らかに変化する、請求項1に記載の二輪車用タイヤ。
- 前記クラウン領域での前記キャップゴムの厚さは、前記クラウン領域での前記トレッドゴムの厚さの40%〜90%である、請求項1又は2に記載の二輪車用タイヤ。
- 前記ショルダー領域での前記キャップゴムの厚さは、前記ショルダー領域での前記トレッドゴムの厚さの10%〜30%である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二輪車用タイヤ。
- 前記クラウン領域での前記トレッド面のランド比は、前記ショルダー領域での前記トレッド面のランド比よりも小さい、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二輪車用タイヤ。
- 前記クラウン領域での前記トレッド面のランド比は、88%〜92%である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二輪車用タイヤ。
- 前記ショルダー領域での前記トレッド面のランド比は、95%以上である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二輪車用タイヤ。
- 前記クラウン領域は、トレッド幅の30%〜40%の幅を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の二輪車用タイヤ。
- 前記キャップゴムの300%モジュラスM300cは、前記ベースゴムの300%モジュラスM300bの1.1〜1.8倍である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の二輪車用タイヤ。
- 前記キャップゴムの損失正接tanδcは、前記ベースゴムの損失正接tanδbの0.6〜0.9倍である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の二輪車用タイヤ。
