Description
[1.第1実施形態]
[1−1.構成]
本実施形態の接合方法は、上板の表面にエネルギーを与えることにより、上板と上板に重ね合わされた下板とを溶かして上板と下板とを接合する工程を備える。
本実施形態の接合方法では、図1に示す溶接装置10を用いて溶接が行われる。
図1に示すように、まず、プログラム内で作業者がレーザー出力と溶接速度とを直接溶接装置10に入力する(ステップS1)。
溶接装置10による溶接により、図2A,2Bに示す溶接構造1が得られる。溶接構造1は、2枚の金属板同士が厚み方向に溶接されたものである。溶接構造1は、下板2と、上板3と、主要溶接部4と、溶接ビード6とを備える。
本実施形態では、溶接装置10による溶接速度の制御により、折り返し点近傍において与えられるエネルギー量が、折り返し点近傍以外の領域において与えられるエネルギー量よりも小さくされる。つまり、折り返し点近傍における溶接速度を折り返し点近傍以外の領域における溶接速度よりも速くする。
本実施形態の接合方法によって得られる溶接構造の断面を図6に示す。
図6の接合構造では、主要溶接部4は、レーザー光によって形成された溶接金属部5中に充填されている。主要溶接部4内には空隙(つまりブローホール)は存在しない。
以上詳述した実施形態によれば、以下の効果が得られる。
(1a)接合軌跡における折り返し点での過度の溶け込みによる穴あきを防止できる。その結果、金属板の厚みが薄い場合でも、溶接部の過度の入熱による溶け落ちやのど厚の不足等の不良が抑制できる。
(1c)溶接装置10により、上板の表面におけるエネルギーの供給位置とエネルギー量とが調整されることで、接合品質と生産性とを高めることができる。
以上、本開示の実施形態について説明したが、本開示は、上記実施形態に限定されることなく、種々の形態を採り得ることは言うまでもない。

Claims (6)
- 上板の表面にエネルギーを与えることにより、前記上板と前記上板に重ね合わされた下板とを溶かして前記上板と前記下板とを接合する工程を備え、
上板の表面にエネルギーを与える接合軌跡は、接合進行方向に対して交差すると共に折り返し点を有し、
前記折り返し点近傍において与えられるエネルギー量は、前記折り返し点近傍以外の領域において与えられるエネルギー量よりも小さい、接合方法。 - 請求項1に記載の接合方法であって、
前記エネルギーは、レーザー光によって与えられ、
前記上板と前記下板とは溶接によって接合され、
前記接合する工程において、前記上板の表面における前記レーザー光の照射位置とエネルギー量とを調整する、接合方法。 - 請求項2に記載の接合方法であって、
前記接合軌跡は、ウィービング溶接の溶接軌跡であり、
前記溶接軌跡の折り返し点近傍において与えられるエネルギー量から変換される入熱量は、前記折り返し点近傍以外の領域において与えられるエネルギー量から変換される入熱量よりも小さい、接合方法。 - 請求項2又は請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の接合方法であって、
溶接装置により、前記上板の表面におけるエネルギーの供給位置とエネルギー量とが調整される、接合方法。 - 請求項2から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の接合方法であって、
溶接速度の制御により、前記折り返し点近傍において与えられるエネルギー量が、前記折り返し点近傍以外の領域において与えられるエネルギー量よりも小さくされる、接合方法。 - 請求項2から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の接合方法であって、
前記レーザー光のフォーカスの制御により、前記折り返し点近傍において与えられるエネルギー量が、前記折り返し点近傍以外の領域において与えられるエネルギー量よりも小さくされる、接合方法。
