Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、ハイブリッドシステムは、駆動源として、エンジン10とモータジェネレータ20とを備えている。エンジン10のクランクシャフトは、図示しないトランスミッション等を介して駆動輪に駆動連結されている。また、エンジン10のクランクシャフトは、第1プーリ11に駆動連結されている。第1プーリ11には、伝達ベルト12が掛け回されている。なお、図示は省略するが、エンジン10のクランクシャフトは、ベルト、プーリ、チェーン等を介して、油圧を発生するためのポンプ等にも駆動連結されている。
エンジン10に対する最終要求トルクTfinを算出するにあたって、高圧バッテリ22の充電容量に拘わらず、走行トルクTdri、充電トルクTchg、使用電力トルクTconを加算して、最終要求トルクTfinを算出することが考えられる。この場合、高圧バッテリ22の充電電力量Wchgがゼロであっても、DC/DCコンバータ23及び高圧補機24の高圧使用電力量Wconが、モータジェネレータ20によって発電され得ることになる。具体的には、図6に示すように、高圧バッテリ22の充電容量が第1下限値X1(又は第2下限値X3)以上で上限値X2以下である場合、換言すれば、充電電力量Wchgがゼロとして算出される場合には、モータジェネレータ20の発電量は、高圧使用電力量Wconと略同じになる。
・エンジン10とモータジェネレータ20との駆動連結の態様は、上記実施形態に限らない。例えば、エンジン10とモータジェネレータ20との間に、複数のギア等で構成される減速機構や、駆動力伝達経路の断接を行うクラッチ等が介在されていてもよい。すなわち、エンジン10とモータジェネレータ20とが互いのトルクを授受できるのであれば、駆動連結の態様がどのような態様であっても、上記実施形態の技術を適用でき得る。
・高圧バッテリ22の電力をDC/DCコンバータ23を介して低圧補機26に安定して供給できるのであれば、低圧バッテリ25を省略することも可能である。
・上記実施形態では、モータジェネレータ20が放電しているときに用いられる第1マップの第1下限値X1にヒステリシス量Hisを加算して第2下限値X3を算出したが、これに限らない。モータジェネレータ20が発電しているときに用いられる第2マップの第2下限値X3にヒステリシス量Hisを減算して第1下限値X1を算出してもよい。
・さらに、モータジェネレータ20が放電しているか否かに拘らず、同一のマップを使用して充電電力量Wchgを算出してもよい。すなわち、ヒステリシス量Hisをゼロとしてもよい。
Claims (5)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンに駆動連結されたモータジェネレータと、前記モータジェネレータに電力を供給するバッテリと、前記バッテリからの電力供給を受ける補機とを備えた車両のハイブリッドシステムに適用され、
前記バッテリの充電容量に基づいて前記モータジェネレータと前記バッテリとの間で授受される充電電力量を算出するとともに、前記補機における使用電力量を算出する電力量算出部と、
前記充電電力量、及び前記使用電力量、及び車両の走行に要する走行トルクに基づいて、前記エンジンに対する要求トルクを算出するエンジン制御部と
を備えた制御装置であって、
前記電力量算出部は、
前記バッテリの充電容量が予め定められた下限値未満である場合に、前記モータジェネレータから電力が供給されて前記バッテリが充電されるように前記充電電力量を算出し、
前記バッテリの充電容量が前記下限値以上で当該下限値よりも大きな値として予め定められた上限値以下である場合に、前記バッテリが充放電されないように前記充電電力量を算出し、
前記バッテリの充電容量が前記上限値より大きい場合に前記バッテリから前記モータジェネレータに電力が供給されるように前記充電電力量を算出し、
前記エンジン制御部は、
前記バッテリの充電容量が前記下限値未満である場合に、前記充電電力量、前記使用電力量、及び前記走行トルクに基づいて、前記要求トルクを算出し、
前記バッテリの充電容量が前記下限値以上で前記上限値以下である場合には、前記使用電力量を除外して前記充電電力量及び前記走行トルクに基づいて、前記要求トルクを算出する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。 - 前記エンジン制御部は、
前記バッテリの充電容量が前記上限値よりも大きい値であって、前記使用電力量の方が、前記バッテリから前記モータジェネレータに供給される前記充電電力量である放電電力量よりも大きいときには、前記使用電力量及び前記充電電力量のうち少なくとも前記使用電力量を除外して前記要求トルクを算出する
請求項1に記載のハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。 - 前記エンジン制御部は、
前記バッテリの充電容量が前記上限値よりも大きい値であって、前記使用電力量が前記放電電力量以下であるときには、前記充電電力量、前記使用電力量及び前記走行トルクに基づいて、前記要求トルクを算出する
請求項2に記載のハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。 - 前記エンジン制御部は、
前記モータジェネレータが放電しているときには、前記下限値として第1下限値を使用し、前記モータジェネレータが発電しているときには、前記下限値として前記第1下限値よりも大きい第2下限値を使用する
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドシステムの制御装置。 - 前記第2下限値は、前記使用電力量が大きいときには、前記使用電力量が少ない場合に比較して、前記第1下限値に対する差が大きくなるように定められている
