Claims (17)
- 基板上の画素領域に形成され、凹溝を定義する凹部を有する反射電極と、
前記凹溝を満たす第1充填パターンと、
前記第1充填パターンおよびその周辺における反射電極の部分上に形成された第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に形成された有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層上に形成された第2電極を備える、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1充填パターンの上面と、その周辺における反射電極の部分の上面は、同じ高さを有する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記反射電極の下部に配置され、前記凹部が形成された凹面を有する保護膜をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素領域に形成された薄膜トランジスタのドレイン電極と前記反射電極が接続される前記保護膜のドレインコンタクトホールを満たす第2充填パターンをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極と、前記有機発光層と、前記第2電極とを含む有機発光ダイオードは、白色を発生するように構成され、
前記有機発光ダイオード上にカラーフィルターパターンが配置される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2電極は、透明電極、または半透明電極である、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 基板上の画素領域に形成され、凹溝を定義する凹部を有する反射電極と、
前記反射電極上の第1パターンと、
前記第1パターン上に形成され、前記凹部に対応する部分が平坦であり、前記反射電極と電気的に接続された前記第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に形成された有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層上に形成された第2電極を備える、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1電極は、前記第1パターンに形成されたコンタクトホールを介し、前記反射電極と電気的に接続する、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極は、前記反射電極に直接接触する、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極は、前記凹部以外の前記反射電極の部分にのみ接触する、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極は、前記反射電極の凹部の一部と接触する、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1パターンの上面と、前記凹部以外の前記反射電極の部分の上面は、同じ高さを有する、請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1パターンの上面は、前記凹部以外の前記反射電極の部分の上面より低い、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記反射電極の下部に配置され、前記凹部が形成された凹面を有する保護膜をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素領域に形成された薄膜トランジスタのドレイン電極と前記反射電極が接続される前記保護膜のドレインコンタクトホールを満たす第2パターンをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記反射電極は、反射特性を持った金属物質から形成される最上部層と、付着力の優秀な導電物質からなる最下部層を含む、請求項1または請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 各画素領域を取り囲みながら、前記凹溝の端部を覆うバンクをさらに備える、請求項1または請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
