Abstract
Description
非接触給電システムは、1次側の非接触給電装置(送電側)と2次側の非接触給電装置(受電側)とを対向配置して構成される。電力を供給する側である1次側の非接触給電装置と電力を受ける側の2次側の非接触給電装置は、コイルの部分の要素はほぼ同じ要素で構成されており、ここでは、一方の側について説明するが、他方の側も同様であることは言うまでもない。
以下、本発明に係る第1実施形態のコイル20を図1、図2を参照して説明する。図1は本発明に係る第1実施形態の渦巻き状のコイル(パラハイブリッド巻)の平面図、図2は要部(区間P1〜P4の中の区間P1)の拡大図である。
換言すると、このコイル20は、末端が結合される1組のリッツ線21、22を平坦に並べて巻回する中で、外周側のリッツ線22を一定間隔で巻回し、リッツ線22間に、内周側のリッツ線21が隣接するリッツ線22に当接と離間を規則的に繰り返すように蛇行させて配置したものである。規則的とは一定の長さや間隔、角度、一周のうちのある区間で折り曲げ、折り返すことを言う。
このコイル20の場合、渦巻状の溝が形成された巻回治具に2本のリッツ線21、22を順に嵌め込んでいくことで、2本のリッツ線21、22を平面的に渦巻き状に巻回する。
この結果、既定の寸法および形状(2本1組のリッツ線21、22を既定の外形、内形の範囲に隙間を設けて並べて巻回した形状)、既定の電気的性能に適合し、低コストでかつハンドリング性のよい非接触給電装置およびコイルを提供することができる。
次に、図4を参照して第2実施形態を説明する。図4は第2実施形態のコイル(車両側)を示す平面図である。なお第2実施形態において第1実施形態と同じ構成要素には同一の符号を付しその説明は省略する。
Claims (9)
- 内周側の第1の電線と外周側の第2の電線とを並べて巻回し電線どうしの末端を接続するコイルであって、
前記第1の電線が、隣接する他の巻き目の前記第2の電線に当接しかつ同じ巻き目の前記第2の電線から離間する第1領域を具備することを特徴とするコイル。 - 前記第1領域は、
最内周を除く第N巻き目の前記第1の電線が、前記第N巻き目の内周側に隣接する巻き目の前記第2の電線に当接しかつ前記第N巻き目の前記第2の電線から離間する領域(N:1以上の整数)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコイル。 - 前記第N巻き目の前記第1の電線が、前記第N巻き目の前記第2の電線との当接部位から前記第(N−1)巻き目または前記第(N+1)巻き目の前記第2の電線の当接部位へ巻き進む向きに横切る第2領域と、
前記第N巻き目の前記第1の電線が、前記第(N−1)巻き目または前記第(N+1)巻き目の前記第2の電線との当接部位から前記第N巻き目の前記第2の電線の当接部位へ巻き進む向きに横切る第3領域と
を具備することを特徴とする請求項2記載のコイル。 - 前記第1領域、前記第2領域、前記第3領域は、前記第2領域、前記第1領域、前記第3領域の順に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3記載のコイル。
- 前記第1領域を、巻回1周のうちの一部の区間に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4いずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 巻回中心から放射方向に等間隔に区分した一定角度範囲毎に前記第1領域を配置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5いずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 第1の電線を巻回する方向の内周側、第2の電線を巻回する方向の外周側に配置し、これら電線を並べて巻回し電線どうしの末端を接続するコイルであって、
外周側の前記第2の電線を、一定間隔を空けて渦巻状に配置し、内周側の前記第1の電線を、前記第2の電線間に、隣接する前記第2の電線に当接と離間を繰り返すように蛇行させて配置したことを特徴とするコイル。 - 前記第1の電線と前記第2の電線が当接する部位を接着したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7いずれか1項に記載のコイル。
- 金属製または樹脂製の基板と、
前記基板の上に直接または磁心コア板を介して配置した前記請求項1乃至8いずれか1項に記載のコイルと
を具備する非接触給電装置。
