Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係るソーラーシステムは、ソーラーパネルで発電された電力を補機バッテリーへ直接供給する構成を有する。この構成により、ソーラー専用のバッテリーや、このソーラー専用のバッテリーから補機バッテリーへの電力供給を制御するソーラー専用の電力コンバーターを、備える必要がなくなる。また、本実施形態に係るソーラーシステムは、補機バッテリーと駆動用バッテリーとの間において双方向の電力授受を可能とする構成とする。この構成により、ソーラー専用のバッテリーから駆動用バッテリーへの電力供給を制御するソーラー専用の電力コンバーターを、備える必要がなくなる。よって、ソーラーシステムの低コスト化かつ低重量化が図れる。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係るソーラーシステム10の構成例を示す図である。図1に例示した本実施形態のソーラーシステム10は、ソーラーパネル11と、ソーラー電力コンバーター12と、補機バッテリー13と、補機電力コンバーター14と、駆動用バッテリー15と、制御部16と、を備えている。なお、図1では、電力信号が流れる配線を実線で示し、制御信号などが流れる配線を破線で示している。
次に、図2及び図3をさらに参照して、本発明の一実施形態に係るソーラーシステム10が実行する制御を説明する。図2に示す処理と図3に示す処理とは、原則独立して実行される。
上述した本発明の一実施形態に係るソーラーシステム10によれば、ソーラーパネル11の発電電力Xを、従来のようにソーラーバッテリーに一時的に蓄えるのではなく、補機バッテリー13へ直接供給する。これにより、ソーラー専用のバッテリーや、このソーラー専用のバッテリーから補機バッテリー13への電力供給を制御するソーラー専用の電力コンバーターを、備える必要がなくなる。よって、ソーラーシステム10の低コスト化かつ低重量化が図れる。
本実施形態に係るソーラーシステム10では、ソーラーパネル11で発電した電力以外にも、他の発電デバイスで発電した電力を利用できるように構成を容易に変更することが可能である。

Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載されるソーラーシステムであって、
太陽光で発電するソーラーパネルと、
所定の第1の負荷へ電力を供給する、充放電可能な補機バッテリーと、
車両を駆動させるために必要な所定の第2の負荷へ電力を供給する、充放電可能な駆動用バッテリーと、
前記ソーラーパネルで発電された電力を前記補機バッテリーに供給する第1の電力コンバーターと、
前記補機バッテリーと前記駆動用バッテリーとの間における双方向の電力授受が可能な第2の電力コンバーターと、を備える、
ソーラーシステム。 - 前記第2の電力コンバーターは、車両の電源が走行可能な電源状態である場合、
前記補機バッテリーの蓄電量が所定の上限値以下であれば、前記駆動用バッテリーの電力を前記補機バッテリーに供給し、
前記補機バッテリーの蓄電量が前記上限値を超えていれば、前記補機バッテリーの電力を前記駆動用バッテリーに供給する、
請求項1に記載のソーラーシステム。 - 前記第2の電力コンバーターは、車両の電源が走行不可能な電源状態である場合、前記補機バッテリーの蓄電量が所定の閾値を超えていれば、前記補機バッテリーの蓄電量が当該閾値よりも小さい所定の下限値に低下するまで前記補機バッテリーの電力を前記駆動用バッテリーに供給する、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のソーラーシステム。 - 前記補機バッテリーは、リチウム電池である、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のソーラーシステム。
