Claims (15)
- 電源側の交流電力と直流リンクにおける直流電力との間で電力変換を行うコンバータと、
前記直流リンクにおける直流電力とドライブ用サーボモータの駆動電力または回生電力である交流電力との間で電力変換を行うドライブ用インバータと、
前記ドライブ用インバータに接続されたドライブ用サーボモータを所定の動作パターンにて動作するよう制御するドライブ用モータ制御部と、
前記直流リンクから直流電力を蓄積しまたは前記直流リンクへ直流電力を供給する蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の保有エネルギーが予め規定されたエネルギー不足判定用閾値を下回ったか否かを判定する判定部と、
を備え、
前記ドライブ用モータ制御部は、前記判定部により前記保有エネルギーが前記エネルギー不足判定用閾値を下回ったと判定された場合、前記所定の動作パターン中のいずれかの時点に前記ドライブ用サーボモータを動作させない追加待機期間を設けて、前記ドライブ用サーボモータを制御する、モータ駆動システム。 - 前記蓄電装置の保有エネルギーを計算する保有エネルギー計算部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動システム。
- 前記追加待機期間の開始点は、1サイクルごとの動作が規定された前記所定の動作パターンにおいて、いずれかの前記1サイクルと該1サイクルの次の1サイクルとの間に設けられる、請求項1または2に記載のモータ駆動システム。
- 前記追加待機期間の開始点は、1サイクルごとの動作が規定された前記所定の動作パターンにおいて、いずれかの前記1サイクル中のいずれかの時点に設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動システム。
- 前記判定部は、前記蓄電装置の保有エネルギーが予め規定された第1の回復判定用閾値を上回ったか否かを判定し、
前記判定部により前記保有エネルギーが前記エネルギー不足判定用閾値を下回ったと判定されて設けられた前記追加待機期間の終了点は、当該判定後にさらに前記判定部により前記保有エネルギーが前記第1の回復判定用閾値を上回ったと判定された後に設けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動システム。 - 前記第1の回復判定用閾値は、前記エネルギー不足判定用閾値以上の値に設定される、請求項5に記載のモータ駆動システム。
- 前記判定部は、1サイクルごとの動作が規定された前記所定の動作パターンにおいて、いずれかの前記1サイクルと該1サイクルの次の1サイクルとの間で、前記保有エネルギーが前記エネルギー不足判定用閾値を下回ったか否かを判定する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動システム。
- 前記判定部は、1サイクルごとの動作が規定された前記所定の動作パターンにおいて、いずれかの前記1サイクル中のいずれかの時点で、前記保有エネルギーが前記エネルギー不足判定用閾値を下回ったか否かを判定する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動システム。
- 前記判定部は、前記保有エネルギーが、前記エネルギー不足判定用閾値より大きい予め規定されたエネルギー過剰判定用閾値を上回ったか否かを判定し、
前記ドライブ用モータ制御部は、前記判定部により前記保有エネルギーが前記エネルギー過剰判定用閾閾値を上回ったと判定された場合、前記所定の動作パターン中のいずれかの時点に前記追加待機期間を設けて、前記ドライブ用サーボモータを制御する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動システム。 - 前記判定部は、前記蓄電装置の保有エネルギーが予め規定された第2の回復判定用閾値を下回ったか否かを判定し、
前記判定部により前記保有エネルギーが前記エネルギー過剰判定用閾値を上回ったと判定されて設けられた前記追加待機期間の終了点は、当該判定後にさらに前記判定部により前記保有エネルギーが前記第2の回復判定用閾値を下回ったと判定された後に設けられる、請求項9に記載のモータ駆動システム。 - 前記第2の回復判定用閾値は、前記エネルギー過剰判定用閾値以下の値に設定される、請求項10に記載のモータ駆動システム。
- 前記判定部は、1サイクルごとの動作が規定された前記所定の動作パターンにおいて、いずれかの前記1サイクルと該1サイクルの次の1サイクルとの間で、前記保有エネルギーが前記エネルギー過剰判定用閾値を上回ったか否かを判定する、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動システム。
- 前記判定部は、1サイクルごとの動作が規定された前記所定の動作パターンにおいて、いずれかの前記1サイクル中のいずれかの時点で、前記保有エネルギーが前記エネルギー過剰判定用閾値を上回ったか否かを判定する、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動システム。
- 前記蓄電装置は、
回転エネルギーを蓄積し得るフライホイールと、
前記フライホイールが結合した回転軸を有するバッファ用サーボモータと、
前記直流リンクにおける直流電力と前記バッファ用サーボモータの駆動電力または回生電力である交流電力との間で電力変換を行うバッファ用インバータと、
を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動システム。 - 前記蓄電装置は、
コンデンサと、
前記直流リンクにおける直流電力と前記コンデンサに蓄積される直流電力との間で電力変換を行うDCDCコンバータと、
を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動システム。
