Abstract
Description
バンバリーミキサーを使用し、下記表1に示す配合(質量部)に従い、まず、第一混合段階(ノンプロ練り工程)で、加硫促進剤、及び硫黄を除く成分を添加混合し(排出温度=160℃)、得られた混合物に、最終混合段階(プロ練り工程)で、加硫促進剤及び硫黄を添加混合して(排出温度=90℃)、ゴム組成物を調製した。

・熱可塑性エラストマー1:旭化成(株)製「S.O.E.S1605」、スチレン−水添スチレンブタジエン−スチレンブロック共重合体、tanδのピーク値:1.58、ピーク値を示す温度:18℃、数平均分子量:1.12×105、重量平均分子量:2.18×105
・熱可塑性エラストマー2:クラレ(株)製「ハイブラー7125」、スチレン−水添イソプレン−スチレンブロック共重合体、tanδのピーク値:1.84、ピーク値を示す温度:−6℃
・熱可塑性エラストマー3:旭化成(株)製「S.O.E.S1611」、スチレン−水添スチレンブタジエン−スチレンブロック共重合体、tanδのピーク値:0.83、ピーク値を示す温度:9℃、数平均分子量:1.34×105、重量平均分子量:1.70×105

Claims (3)
- ゴム成分100質量部に対して、凝固点が−50℃以下であるリン酸エステルを1〜30質量部含有し、
JIS K6394に規定される動的粘弾性試験により、周波数10Hz、静歪み10%、動歪み0.15%の条件下で測定されたtanδのピーク値が1.5〜2.0であり、ピーク値を示す温度が−20℃〜20℃の範囲内である熱可塑性エラストマーを1〜20質量部含有することを特徴とする、タイヤ用ゴム組成物。 - 前記熱可塑性エラストマーが、ポリスチレンをハードセグメントに持つブロック共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物を用いて作製された、空気入りタイヤ。
