Abstract
Description
発光部材側の表面を第1主面として、その反対側を第2主面とし、第2主面側から見た全光線透過率が3〜10%の範囲で、ヘーズが99%以下であり、かつその厚み方向にみたとき繊維基材が存在しない皮革調シートおよび、発光部材とその表面に前記皮革調シートが貼り合わされた皮革調表示部材が提供される。
等の高分子重合体を添加・併用してもよい。
(1)全光線透過率およびヘーズ
得られた各皮革調シートについて、JIS K7361に準じ、ヘーズ測定器(日本電色工業社製の商品名「NDH―2000」)を使用して、全光線透過率、ヘーズをそれぞれ測定した。
(2)厚み
得られた各皮革調シートを裁断し、断面を顕微鏡観察して、全体の厚みおよび各層の厚みを測定した。
(3)視認性
東芝株式会社製ノートパソコン dynabook R731/Dにおいて、輝度レベル4にて、付属ソフトであるメモ帳を立上げ、「重要情報」との文字を、MS明朝にてフォントサイズ12、14、16、18、20、24、28、36にて表示させ、その表示面に得られた各皮革調シートを貼りあわせ、皮革調シートの下の「重要情報」が読み取れるかどうかで、以下の基準で評価した。
視認性
◎:全てのフォントサイズで文字が明瞭に確認できた。
○:フォントサイズ24以上について表示される文字を認識できた。
△:フォントサイズ36でほとんどの文字は認識できたが、一部の文字について認識でなかった。
×:フォントサイズ36でもほとんどの文字が認識できなかった。
(4)隠蔽性
白色用紙に「重要情報」との文字を、MS明朝にて印字後の文字サイズ4mm、6mm、10mmにて黒色で印刷した上に、得られた各皮革調シートを貼りあわせ、トヨタ自動車株式会社製アルファードの2列目シートの中央部分において、正午に直接外光が当たらない状態で皮革調シートの下の「重要情報」が読み取れるかどうかで、以下の基準で評価した。
隠蔽性
◎:全ての文字が存在すら確認できなかった。
○:文字の存在は確認できるが、何が記載されているか確認できない。
△:ほとんどの文字は確認できたが、一部確認できない文字があった。
×:全ての文字が何が記載されているか確認できた。
シボ模様が付与された離型紙紙上に、シリコン変性ポリカーボネイト系ウレタン(大日精化社製、商品名:レザミンNES−9900NT)100重量部、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド15重量部、イソプロピルアルコール15重量部を混合した塗液2を、目付け120g/m2で塗布した。塗布後、110℃で2分間乾燥して厚さ10μmの高分子弾性体からなる透明樹脂層2を形成した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
各層の厚みおよび着色樹脂層中のカーボンブラック顔料の含有量を表1に示す通り変更した他は実施例1と同様な操作を繰返した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
グラビアコーターによる着色樹脂層1’を設けなかったこと、シリコン変性ポリカーボネイト系ウレタン(大日精化社製、商品名:レザミンNES−9900NT)の代りに、ポリカーボネイト系ウレタン(DIC製、商品名:クリスボンNY−393)を使用したこと、各層の厚みおよび着色樹脂層中のカーボンブラック顔料の含有量を表1に示す通り変更した他は実施例1と同様な操作を繰返した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
各層の厚みおよび着色樹脂層中のカーボンブラック顔料の含有量を表1に示す通り変更し、着色樹脂層中に球状アクリルビーズ粒子(根上工業社製、商品名:アートパール G−800、平均粒径6μm)を1重量%含有させた他は実施例1と同様な操作を繰返した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
グラビアコーターによる着色樹脂層1’を設けなかったこと他は実施例4と同様な操作を繰返した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
実施例5において、各層の厚みおよび着色樹脂層中のカーボンブラック顔料の含有量を表1に示す通り変更し、着色樹脂層中に含有させる球状アクリルビーズ粒子を、形状がお椀状のアクリルビーズ粒子(DIC社製、商品名:DILAC POWDER L−7419、平均粒径が10μm)に変更し、その含有量を表1に示す通りに変更した他は実施例5と同様な操作を繰返した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
実施例6において、着色樹脂層中に含有させる球状アクリルビーズ粒子を、小粒径の球状アクリルビーズ粒子(根上工業社製、商品名:アートパール J−4P、平均粒径が2.2μm)に変更した他は実施例6と同様な操作を繰返した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
実施例6において、着色樹脂層中に含有させる球状アクリルビーズ粒子を、扁平粒子(ネモト・ルミマテリアル社製、商品名:DSN−30、平均粒径が5μm)に変更した他は実施例6と同様な操作を繰返した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
実施例5において、各層の厚みおよび着色樹脂層中のカーボンブラック顔料の含有量を表1に示す通り変更し、着色樹脂層中に球状アクリルビーズ粒子を含有させなかった他は実施例5と同様な操作を繰返した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
実施例2の皮革調シートのHOTMELT層側の表面に、不織布基材(ポリエチレンテレフタレート短繊維(平均単糸繊度:2.2dtex、平均繊維長:51mm)をニードルパンチで、厚み0.55mm、密度0.302g/cm3の不織布としたもの)を積層し、温度120℃の加熱シリンダー表面上でロールとの間隙を通過させて圧着させた。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
比較例4において、グラビアコーターによる着色樹脂層1’を形成しなかったほかは同様な操作を繰返した。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。
実施例4の皮革調シートのHOTMELT層側の表面に、不織布基材(ポリエチレンテレフタレート短繊維(平均単糸繊度:2.2dtex、平均繊維長:51mm)をニードルパンチで、厚み1.35mm、密度0.332g/cm3の不織布としたもの)を積層し、温度120℃の加熱シリンダー表面上でロールとの間隙を通過させて圧着させた。
得られた皮革調シートの特性を表1に示す。

Claims (12)
- 発光部材を覆うように配置される着色樹脂層を有する皮革調シートであって、
発光部材側の表面を第1主面として、その反対側を第2主面とし、第2主面側から見た全光線透過率が3〜10%の範囲で、ヘーズが99%以下であり、かつその厚み方向にみたとき繊維基材が存在しないことを特徴とする皮革調シート。 - 着色樹脂層がエラストマーに顔料を含有させた樹脂層である請求項1記載の皮革調シート。
- 顔料としてカーボンブラック顔料を含有する請求項2記載の皮革調シート。
- エラストマーがウレタン樹脂、塩化ビニル樹脂、アクリル樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項2記載の皮革調シート。
- 着色樹脂層が顔料の他に透明粒子を含有する請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の皮革調シート。
- 透明粒子の粒径が1〜20μmの範囲である請求項5記載の皮革調シート。
- 着色樹脂層がその厚み方向に空隙を実質的に有さない請求項1記載の皮革調シート。
- 着色樹脂層の第1主面側に接着層を有する請求項1記載の皮革調シート。
- 着色樹脂層の第2主面側に透明樹脂層を有する請求項1記載の皮革調シート。
- 第2主面側に皮革調の凹凸が付与されている請求項1記載の皮革調シート。
- 面内方向における全光線透過率の最大値と最小値の差が1.0%以下である請求項1記載の皮革調シート。
- 発光部材とその表面に請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の皮革調シートが貼り合わされた皮革調表示部材。
