The bactericidal detergent composition of Table 1 was prepared and the following evaluation was performed. The results are shown in Table 1.
[Evaluation of detergency]
Test piece (SUS304, 1 mm x 25 mm x 70 mm, manufactured by Engineering Test Service Co., Ltd.) (mass x) weighing approximately 1 mg of rapeseed oil (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) beforehand weighed using an electronic balance with lower 4 digits After the application / cm 2 application, it was weighed using a lower 4 digit balance (mass y).
Each test piece after oil application was sprayed with 2 ml of a bactericidal detergent composition in a foam form using a pump former (for Biole hand wash, manufactured by Kao Corporation) and allowed to stand still for 20 minutes. The test piece after washing for 20 minutes was rinsed with tap water at 25 ° C. for 1 minute (water volume: 700 ml, rotational speed of rotor: 300 rpm), using a reet tester. After rinsing, it was air-dried overnight under an environment of temperature 20 ° C./humidity 40%, and the weight of the test piece after washing was weighed by a lower 4-digit electronic balance (mass z).
Using the mass x, y and z, the cleaning rate was determined by the following equation. Table 1 shows the results of the cleaning rate when rapeseed oil was applied. In this evaluation, the cleaning rate is preferably 75% or more, and a larger value is more preferable.
Washing rate (%) = {(y)-(z)} / {(y)-(x)} × 100

[Evaluation of sterilization ability]
(1) Tissue culture flask 10 mL of LB medium was put, and bacteria (S. aureus, E. coli) cultured in petri dishes were taken out with platinum loop and put in LB medium.
(2) The flask was cultured at 37 ° C. for 16 hours at 200 rpm.
(3) The above LB medium was transferred to a 50 mL centrifuge tube and centrifuged at 4000 rpm and 15 ° C. for 10 minutes.
(4) The supernatant LB medium was discarded, and 10 mL of physiological saline was added and centrifuged again under the same conditions as (3).
(5) The supernatant saline was discarded, and saline was added to prepare an OD1 bacterial solution.
(6) Using the solution prepared in (5), a bacterial solution with 0.5% BSA and an OD of 0.001 was prepared.
(7) 0.3 mL of the bacterial solution prepared in (6) was added onto a 8 cm × 3 cm × 0.1 cm SUS304 plate and uniformly spread.
(8) 0.3 mL of the germicidal detergent composition was added to the plate of (7), and the mixture was evenly spread and allowed to stand for 30 minutes.
(9) The liquid remaining on the plate was poured into a wipe bar in which 1 mL of the LP stop solution was sealed, and the plate was swabbed with the wipe bar and wiped off.
(10) The liquid was taken out from the wiping rod, and it was serially diluted every 10 times.
(11) 0.1 mL of the serially diluted solution was added to a standard agar medium, and spread with a condenser rod.
(12) The medium prepared in (11) was cultured at 37 ° C. for 24 hours, and the number of colonies was counted to obtain a viable cell count (cfu / mL). The table shows values converted to Log (cfu / mL). In this evaluation, Log (cfu / mL) is preferably 2 or less for both S. aureus and E. coli, and a smaller value is more preferable for each.
