Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid dish-washing machine groove cleaning agent with a two-phase appearance and a preparation method thereof. Comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 0.01% -20% of low-foam isomeric fatty alcohol alkoxylate surfactant; 0.0% to 20% of an ethylene oxide/propane block copolymer surfactant; 0.1-35% of alkaline dirt cleaning agent; 0.01 to 25 percent of metal protective agent; 0.01 to 5 percent of bactericide, 0.05 to 5 percent of other components and the balance of softened water. The invention realizes the cleaning of the dishwasher tank under the acidic condition through the wetting and emulsifying action of the surfactant and the powerful decontamination action of the alkaline dirt cleaning agent, effectively breaks down and loosens the organic dirt, water scale and bred microorganism bacterial spots attached to the tank wall of the dishwasher, has no harm to the corrosion inhibition and protection of the metal material of the dishwasher tank, has obvious decontamination effect on the dirt in the dishwasher tank, and is suitable for cleaning and sterilization of the dishwasher tank.

The invention belongs to the field of daily-use chemical products, and particularly relates to a liquid dish-washing machine tank cleaning agent with a two-phase appearance and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the innovation and progress of science and technology, the household dish washing machine is more and more popularized and becomes a main household appliance for daily life of people. The dishwasher is mainly used for removing the dirt on the dining and falling by means of the spraying effect generated by strong water flow in a three-dimensional space, the heat energy effect of the heated water and the oil and dirt removing effect of the cleaning agent. The water flow which is pressurized by the pressurizing pump and then sprayed into the dish washer from the nozzle performs three-dimensional rotating motion in the dish washer, so that dead corners which cannot be cleaned do not exist in the dish washer, strong water flow energy impact effect generated by spraying can effectively remove dirt adhered to the tableware. It is generally accepted that dishwashers are often used to wash dishes and must be clean in nature, thereby eliminating the need to clean and sanitize the dishwasher itself. Due to the structural particularity of the dishwasher, stubborn dirt and stains in the inner container machine groove which is not cleaned for a long time cannot be seen by naked eyes. In fact, a large amount of dirt is adhered to the inner wall of the dishwasher, wherein the dirt comprises inorganic salt, the dishwasher is heated during operation and washing, water in tap water is evaporated to dryness to form crystalline salt, and particularly calcium bicarbonate and magnesium bicarbonate salts in the dishwasher are weathered to become calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate sediments which are difficult to dissolve in water; calcium soap scale, fatty acid soap formed by high-temperature saponification of grease in food residues in the washing process is combined with calcium and magnesium ions in water to form a substance which is insoluble in water. Sebum dirt, mildew plates, bacterial plaque, food grease dirt left in the washing process, and bacterial plaque which grow after long-time unremoved dirt. The dish washer is usually placed in a place with poor ventilation, the humidity in the environment is high, most families do not have the habits of opening the cover after washing dishes and dehumidifying by ventilation, and the habits can promote the propagation of microorganisms in the dish washer. Through the investigation of old dishwashers, the dirt in the interlayer is very serious when the chassis of the inner tub of the dishwasher is opened, the dirt on the surface of the bottom of the blowdown is quite large, and the ordinary user cannot disassemble the parts for thorough cleaning.
No relevant dishwasher tank detergent exists at present, and Chinese patent CN 101070512A is a washing machine tank detergent, the formula of which adopts an oxidation bleaching system, and from the components of the formula disclosed by the patent, the oxidation bleaching agent is adopted, and the detergent is decontaminated through the compounding action of the oxidation bleaching agent and a surfactant. Oxidative bleaches, without the incorporation of activators, have very limited effectiveness or the washing temperature must be increased to achieve the release of active oxygen. And the formula is strong alkali and strong oxidizing formula, and the corrosion resistance of the washing machine tank must be considered. The above patent uses an alkaline formulation system. Analysis on the dirt in the dishwasher tank shows that a large amount of dirt in the dishwasher tank is formed by interweaving inorganic salt, calcium soap dirt, grease dirt, mildew and the like, and the dirt accumulates day by day to form compact and stubborn dirt. Therefore, organic stains in a dishwasher tank are subjected to a certain detergency and bactericidal action by means of an oxidative bleach and a surfactant, but the detergency on the stains in the dishwasher tank is very limited.
