Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for cleaning objects to be cleaned such as tableware, cups, porcelain, metal, plastic, metal, etc. tableware and cooking utensils using an automatic cleaning machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, automatic dishwashers have been widely used in hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, restaurants, catering companies, company cafeterias, and the like to efficiently wash used dishes. In addition to tableware, automatic washing machines are used in various manufacturing factories, processing factories, and the like to wash utensils, containers, plastic containers used for distribution, and the like.
[0003]
As a washing method using the above automatic washing machine, various methods have been proposed after limiting the detergent composition to be used to some extent as described below.
[0004]
For example, an object to be washed such as tableware is first washed with a specific neutral to weakly alkaline cleaning agent, then washed with a specific alkaline cleaning agent, rinsed with water, and dried to leave almost water spots. A dishwashing method using an automatic dishwasher that does not require such a method is disclosed in JP-A-54-82853 (see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
Also, after the metal tableware is immersed in the immersion liquid and subjected to the immersion treatment, it is subjected to a mechanical washing treatment with a dishwasher, and then the finishing treatment with the finishing agent containing the surfactant causes no traces of water droplets and stains to remain. A method for cleaning metal tableware for performing a cleaning process is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 62-117521 (see Patent Document 2).
[0006]
In addition, an immersion tank that can be immersed in a container containing a large number of tableware is provided to store the washing liquid, and the container containing the tableware is immersed in the immersion tank, and transported to a finishing washer by a moving conveyor provided at the bottom of the immersion tank. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-297033 discloses a dishwashing method and apparatus for treating dishes as a clean dish by reducing the load on the finish washing machine.
[0007]
Also, a cleaning composition for plastic resin molded tableware composed of a specific inorganic alkali aqueous solution and an organic acid aqueous solution containing an organic acid, and after immersing the plastic resin molded tableware in the inorganic alkali aqueous solution and rinsing with water, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-271095 discloses a method for cleaning plastic resin molded tableware in which the plastic resin molded tableware is immersed in the organic acid aqueous solution and rinsed with water.
[0008]
Further, the mixing ratio (a: b) of a liquid, powder or solid detergent (a) as a main component and a specific nonionic surfactant (b) as an auxiliary cleaning component used in combination with the detergent. (Japanese Patent No. 2921791) discloses a detergent comprising two or more kinds of separated detergent components and a device for supplying the detergent, which are combined so that the ratio is 100: 10 to 20 (weight ratio). 5).
[0009]
In addition, a specific low-foaming nonionic surfactant, a cleaning builder, and an aliphatic carboxylic acid having 6 to 10 carbon atoms are essential components, and complete solubility and solution stability as a single cleaning agent. Patent No. 2937635 discloses an automatic dishwashing detergent which has an effective detergency against oils and the like and a sufficient foam-suppressing property, and further has no adverse effects such as generation of an unpleasant odor based on the contained components. (See Patent Document 6).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the detergent compositions used in these cleaning methods each contain at least 5% by mass (hereinafter abbreviated as “%”) of an alkali metal hydroxide such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, Such a cleaning agent becomes a "non-medical deleterious substance" and requires special knowledge and care in handling from the viewpoint of safety. In addition, the above alkali metal hydroxide salt may erode the surface of glass tableware, blacken aluminum tableware / cooking utensils, and may cause strong irritation when it is scattered and adheres to skin. There is a problem of giving.
[0012]
In addition, by adding such an alkali agent such as an alkali metal hydroxide, a silicate, or a carbonate to the cleaning composition, the cleaning performance against oil stains can be improved, but on the other hand, the scale of the office, the amount of wastewater, There is also a problem that it is necessary to treat the alkaline wastewater depending on the facilities and the related regulations.
[0013]
Therefore, it has been performed in some cases to use a cleaning agent having a low concentration of an alkaline agent, and to compensate for the reduction in the detergency due to the cleaning operation by hand washing or by immersing it in a bleaching agent for 24 hours. The burden of time, labor and cost is large, and it has not solved the problem.
[0014]
On the other hand, recently, blending of various surfactants which have a high cleaning performance against oil and dirt while being a mild alkaline agent in place of the above alkali metal hydroxide salts has been studied. However, many of them have problems such as not being suitable for mechanical cleaning of a nozzle injection type via a pump due to high foaming properties, and being easily decomposed when combined with an alkali, and having sufficient performance. The fact is that little has been obtained.
[0015]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for cleaning an object to be cleaned which has a low environmental load, is excellent in work safety, and has excellent cleaning performance.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method of washing an object to be washed such as tableware and cooking utensils using an automatic washing machine, comprising the following components (A) to (D) in the following proportions. [0030]
As a part of the nonionic surfactant (A), at least one of 2,4,7,9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol and polyoxyethylene acetylenic glycol ether is used. On the other hand, it is preferable to use derivatives or isomers thereof (hereinafter, referred to as “component (A ′)”). The addition mole number of polyoxyethylene in the polyoxyethylene acetylene glycol ether is preferably from 1 to 4, and from the viewpoint of improving the balance with other components and improving the defoaming performance, polyoxyethylene (1. 3) An acetylenic glycol ether [in (), an added mole number] is preferably used.
[0031]
The amount of the component (A ') is preferably set in the range of 0.1 to 3% based on the whole liquid detergent composition for automatic washing machines. That is, if the amount is less than 0.1%, the desired defoaming performance and the effect of penetrating dirt may be poor. If the amount exceeds 3%, the overall balance is deteriorated, and the synergistic effect with other components is further increased. It is because it becomes difficult to obtain.
[0032]
The compounding amount of the nonionic surfactant (including the component A ') as the component (A) is set in the range of 37 to 83% based on the whole liquid detergent composition. That is, if the amount is less than 37%, the desired cleaning performance is poor, and the cleaning agent is not compact and disadvantageous in cost. On the other hand, if it exceeds 83%, the balance as a whole deteriorates, and a synergistic effect with other components cannot be obtained any more.
[0033]
Examples of the chelating agent as the component (B) include polymers and copolymers containing at least one of maleic acid and acrylic acid, and water-soluble alkali salts thereof, sodium nitrilotriacetate, and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. Things are used. The water-soluble alkali metal salts of the above polymers and copolymers may be all neutralized salts or partially neutralized salts.
[0037]
The compounding amount of the chelating agent of the component (B) is set in the range of 0.1 to 3% based on the entire liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine. That is, if the compounding amount is less than 0.1%, the desired effect of preventing re-contamination and the cleaning performance are poor, and if it exceeds 3%, the balance as a whole deteriorates, the storage stability decreases, and other components are reduced. This is because no further synergistic effect can be obtained. In particular, it is preferable to set the range of 0.5 to 3% from the viewpoint of the effect.
[0038]
Examples of the water-soluble solvent of the component (C) include propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, ethylene glycol, and glycerin. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among them, propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, and glycerin are preferred from the viewpoints of storage stability, odor, safety, and the like. Propylene glycol is particularly preferably used from the viewpoint of cleaning performance against oil stains and cost.
[0039]
The compounding amount of the water-soluble solvent of the component (C) is set within a range of 5 to 30% based on the whole liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine. That is, if the amount is less than 5%, the desired storage stability and cleaning performance are poor, and if it exceeds 30%, the balance as a whole deteriorates, the storage stability decreases, and the synergistic effect with other components. This is because the effect cannot be obtained any more. It is particularly preferable to set the range to 10% to 20% in terms of the effect.
[0040]
Further, the “water” of the component (D) is added from the outside together with crystallization water derived from each component constituting the liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine used in the present invention and water contained in the form of an aqueous solution. It is a total amount with water, and is blended so that the entire liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine becomes 100%.

Incidentally, the liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine used in the present invention is preferably adjusted to have a pH of 6 to 8 at 25 ° C.
[0043]
On the other hand, the bleaching agent used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but usually, a chlorine bleach or an oxygen bleach is preferably used.
[0044]
Examples of the chlorine bleach include hypochlorites such as sodium hypochlorite and potassium hypochlorite, isocyanurates such as sodium dichloroisocyanurate and sodium trichloroisocyanurate, and stabilized chlorine dioxide. . Among them, sodium hypochlorite is particularly preferred from the viewpoint of improving the cleaning performance by a synergistic effect with the liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine used in the present invention. As the sodium hypochlorite, generally, a commercially available product can be used. For example, trade name: (registered trademark) ARONKLIN (valid chlorine 12%, manufactured by Toagosei Co., Ltd.), trade name: sodium hypochlorite low Sodium hypochlorite (valid chlorine 12%, manufactured by Asahi Glass Co., Ltd.), trade name: Asahi Glass sodium hypochlorite (valid chlorine 4-12%, manufactured by Asahi Glass Co., Ltd.) and the like.
[0045]
These commercially available sodium hypochlorite usually has an effective chlorine concentration of 6 to 13% as a main component, and contains 0.1 to 1% of an alkali agent such as sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate and 1 to 12% of sodium chloride. Is what it is.
[0046]
Then, when the chlorine-based bleach is mixed with a liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine to prepare a washing solution, or when prepared as a bleach diluent in a pre-washing step or a post-washing step, these liquids are used. The effective chlorine concentration is preferably set to be 10 to 150 mg / L. When the effective chlorine concentration is less than 10 mg / L, a synergistic effect of the cleaning performance cannot be obtained, and when the effective chlorine concentration exceeds 150 mg / L, there is a fear that the objects to be washed such as tableware and cooking utensils may be damaged, which is preferable. Absent.
[0047]
Examples of the oxygen-based bleaching agent include persulfates such as ammonium persulfate, sodium persulfate, and potassium persulfate, aqueous hydrogen peroxide, sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate, and the like. Hydrogen peroxide is preferred. Then, when the oxygen-based bleach is mixed with a liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine to prepare a washing solution, or when prepared as a bleach diluent in a pre-washing step or a post-washing step, the liquid The effective oxygen concentration is preferably set to be 50 to 400 mg / L. When the effective oxygen concentration is less than 50 mg / L, a synergistic effect of the cleaning performance cannot be obtained, and when the effective oxygen concentration exceeds 400 mg / L, there is a possibility that the objects to be washed such as tableware and cooking utensils may be damaged. Absent.
[0048]
Next, a method for cleaning an object to be cleaned according to the present invention will be described. The cleaning method of the present invention includes, for example, the following three methods.
[0049]
First, in the first method for cleaning an object to be cleaned, a cleaning liquid having a pH of 6 to 9 at 25 ° C. is prepared by mixing the liquid cleaning composition for an automatic cleaning machine and a bleach in a cleaning tank. The method includes at least a main cleaning step of cleaning an object to be cleaned using the cleaning liquid, and a rinsing step.
[0050]
The main washing step is performed by an automatic washing machine, and is used to wash an object to be washed such as tableware and cooking utensil with a washing liquid obtained by mixing a liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine and a bleach in a washing tank. After that, a rinsing step by an automatic washing machine is performed.
[0051]
Note that the main cleaning step is performed under conditions corresponding to the cleaning temperature and cleaning time set in the automatic cleaning machine, and usually depends on the type and model of the automatic cleaning machine, but is generally 45 seconds to 40 to 65 ° C. It takes about 3 minutes. Then, the rinsing step is also performed under conditions corresponding to the rinsing temperature and rinsing time set in the automatic washing machine, and usually depends on the type and model of the automatic washing machine, but usually at 70 to 90 ° C. for 10 to 30 seconds. Done to the extent.
[0052]
In the above-mentioned rinsing step, water or hot water may be used as it is as rinsing water, or a suitable drying finish for an automatic washing machine may be added to water or hot water at a rate of 1 / 5,000 to rinsing water amount. You may use what added at the density (%) of 1 / 25,000.
[0053]
Examples of the dry finish for the automatic washing machine include glycerin fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, and propylene glycol fatty acid ester. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0054]
Next, as a second washing method of the object to be washed, the object to be washed such as tableware and cooking utensils is immersed in a bleach diluent obtained by diluting a bleach with water or hot water and maintained for a predetermined time. The method includes at least a washing step, a main washing step of applying the object to be washed to an automatic washing machine and washing with the liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine, and a rinsing step by an automatic washing machine.
[0055]
In the pre-cleaning step, at least one of a sink and a pre-cleaning tank can be used. Some of these sinks and pre-washing tanks are equipped with a heating device, a warming device, a stirring device, an ultrasonic vibration plate device, etc., and using these devices will make the pre-cleaning process more effective. Can be.
[0056]
The temperature of the bleach diluent in the pre-washing step is preferably set to 40 ° C. or lower in order to prevent temperature denaturation (thermal denaturation) of the protein stain and to effectively swell the protein stain. It is preferable to set the temperature to 20 to 40 ° C. from the viewpoint of working efficiency. Preferably, the pH of the bleach diluent is adjusted to 6 to 9.
[0057]
The time for performing the pre-cleaning step depends on the amount of dirt and the processing amount of tableware, cooking utensils, and the like, but is usually preferably set to 3 to 30 minutes. If the time is less than 3 minutes, the effect of swelling and removing dirt by the pre-cleaning may not be sufficiently obtained, and if the time is more than 30 minutes, the working efficiency is reduced.
[0058]
Further, as a third method of cleaning the object to be washed, a main washing step of applying an object to be washed such as tableware and cooking utensil to an automatic washing machine and washing using the liquid detergent composition for an automatic washing machine; A post-cleaning step of immersing the object to be cleaned in a bleach diluent obtained by diluting the agent with water or hot water and maintaining the object for a predetermined time, and a rinsing step using an automatic cleaning machine are provided.
[0059]
In the post-washing step, at least one of a washing tank or a rinsing tank provided after the washing tank used in the main washing step in the sink or the multi-tank type automatic dishwasher is used.
[0060]
In the above-mentioned sink and multi-tank type automatic dishwasher, a washing tank or a rinsing tank provided after the washing tank used in the main washing step includes a heating device, a warming device, a stirring device, an ultrasonic vibration plate device and the like. Some of them are attached, and the use of these attachment devices makes it possible to perform the post-cleaning step more effectively.
[0061]
The temperature of the bleach diluent in the post-washing step is preferably set to 40 ° C. or less in order to prevent temperature denaturation (thermal denaturation) of protein stains and to effectively swell protein stains. It is preferable to set the temperature to 20 to 40 ° C. from the viewpoint of working efficiency. The pH of the bleach diluent is preferably adjusted to 6 to 9 as in the case of the pre-wash.
[0062]
The time for performing the post-cleaning step depends on the amount of dirt and the processing amount of tableware and cooking utensils, but it is usually preferable to set the time to 1 to 10 minutes. If the time is less than 1 minute, the effect of swelling and removing dirt by the post-wash may not be sufficiently obtained, and if the time exceeds 10 minutes, the working efficiency is reduced.
[0063]
In the above-mentioned second and third cleaning methods of the object to be cleaned, the "sink" is one that is required to be installed in a kitchen or the like according to the Food Sanitation Law, and generally has a capacity of 40 to 200 liters. Is used.
[0064]
In general, a "pre-washing tank" has a capacity of 60 to 1,000 liters (1,000 to 15,000 liters in the case of a large-scale cooking facility), and is used as an automatic dishwasher. Provided in front of the tableware introduction port, the prewash tank for a multi-tank conveyor dishwasher, the prewash tank attached to the tableware introduction port in a mechanical cleaning device in a large-scale cooking facility, and the washing process for the same device An immersion tank provided between the steps may be used. In addition, it is also possible to use a container / carry for a lower table attached to a cart for carrying tableware, cooking utensils and the like.
[0065]
In addition, examples of the "automatic washing machine" used in the main washing process include a door type, a rack conveyor type, a flight conveyor type, a food type, an under counter type, a fill & dump type, and the like. Any type can be used as long as it is used for automatic cleaning.
[0066]
In the second and third cleaning methods of the object to be cleaned, in the rinsing step following the main cleaning step, as described above, water or hot water may be used as the rinsing water, or water or hot water may be used. Alternatively, those to which a suitable dry finish for an automatic washing machine may be added may be used.
[0067]
According to the method for cleaning an object to be cleaned of the present invention, a conventional alkaline immersion composition or a cleaning agent for an alkaline automatic cleaning machine appropriately neutralizes a cleaning waste liquid with an acid according to a wastewater treatment facility or the like. However, such a neutralizing operation is not required, and no labor is required. In addition, since the pH of the cleaning solution, the bleach diluent, and the rinsing water used in the cleaning method of the present invention are in the range of 6 to 9, the surface of glass tableware and aluminum tableware and cooking utensils, It does not adversely affect the objects to be washed having gold or silver wires or patterns on the surface of tableware, and has excellent finish after rinsing.
[0068]
Therefore, the method for cleaning an object to be cleaned of the present invention is suitable for use in cleaning hard surfaces such as glass, ceramics, metals, and plastics. Further, the present invention can be used not only for tableware but also as an automatic washing machine for washing utensils and containers in various manufacturing factories, processing factories, and plastic containers used for distribution. In addition, it can also be preferably used for cleaning containers such as glass bottles and beer bottles for beverages, and cleaning metal surfaces. In particular, it is suitable for washing dishes and utensils in hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, restaurants, catering companies, company cafeterias, and the like.
[0069]
Next, examples will be described together with comparative examples.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the method for cleaning an object to be cleaned of the present invention uses the specific liquid detergent composition for an automatic cleaning machine and the bleaching agent, and since the liquid property of the cleaning liquid or the like becomes pH 6 to 9, waste water is used. It is excellent in work safety, reducing the impact on the microorganisms of the treatment facility, reducing the environmental load such as the load on the neutralization treatment facility. Moreover, the finish after rinsing is good, and the object to be cleaned is not damaged. In particular, by combining the above-mentioned specific liquid cleaner composition for automatic washing machine and the bleaching agent, as a whole washing process, while reducing the environmental load to the utmost, when using an alkaline automatic washing machine cleaner. The cleaning performance and the low-foaming performance comparable to each other can be achieved.
[0117]
Therefore, the method for cleaning an object to be cleaned according to the present invention is not limited to the use for cleaning hard surfaces such as tableware, glass, ceramics, metals, and plastics, and is not limited to tableware, but may be applied to instruments, containers, and distribution in various manufacturing factories, processing factories, and the like. It can also be used as an automatic cleaning machine for cleaning plastic containers and the like to be used. In addition, it can be widely used for cleaning containers such as glass bottles and beer bottles for beverages, and cleaning metal surfaces. In particular, it is preferably used for washing dishes, utensils, and the like in hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, restaurants, catering companies, company cafeterias, and the like.
