The invention relates to a fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with a sterilization effect, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of an acid agent, 30-70 parts of an alkaline agent and a surfactant: 1-15 parts, 15-35 parts of cleaning agent, 10-30 parts of bactericide and complex enzyme: 1-10 parts of adhesive, 1-10 parts of fragrant agent, 0.1-2 parts of preservative; uniformly mixing an acid agent, an alkaline agent, essence, a surfactant and an adhesive at a temperature below 25 ℃ and a humidity below 25% to obtain particles A; adding a cleaning agent, a bactericide, a preservative and a complex enzyme into the granules A, and uniformly mixing to obtain granules B; and tabletting the granules B. The invention has the advantages that: the effervescent cleaning tablet is added into water, so that stains such as tea stains, oil stains and the like on the floor can be removed, a sterilization effect can be achieved, and a room is full of refreshing fragrance after cleaning.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of effervescent cleaning tablet production, and particularly relates to a fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with decontamination and sterilization effects.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, more and more people are pursuing living quality, and the appearance of the floor cleaning machine enables cleaning rooms to become an efficient and fashionable matter. The floor cleaning machine has the basic function of cleaning the floor to suck dust and simultaneously permeating water in a water tank of the floor cleaning machine into a mop cloth to clean the floor, but after cleaning is finished, some stains on the floor are still difficult to clean, and if pets are kept at home, the floor is required to be sterilized to remove peculiar smell in a room.
If washing powder, detergent and other cleaning effervescent tablets are simply mixed with water and poured into a floor washing machine, two problems occur: a large amount of foam is generated, and the foam is easily absorbed into a water absorption motor to cause the damage of the motor; secondly, the types and the contents of peroxides contained in other cleaning effervescent tablets are not suitable for cleaning wood floors, so that the wood floors are easily oxidized, corroded and glossed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the existing problems and provides a fragrant floor cleaning machine effervescent cleaning sheet with sterilizing effect; the effervescent cleaning tablet uses the low-foam surfactant, has a defoaming function, and can effectively prevent a large amount of foam from entering a water absorption motor to cause the damage of the motor; meanwhile, the effervescent cleaning tablet adopts a proper amount of peroxide and polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride to be mixed for use, so that the effervescent cleaning tablet can sterilize and does not damage a wood floor; the effervescent cleaning tablet is added into water, so that stains such as tea stains, oil stains and the like on the floor can be removed, a sterilization effect can be achieved, and a room is full of refreshing fragrance after cleaning.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with the sterilization effect is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of an acid agent, 30-70 parts of an alkaline agent and a surfactant: 1-15 parts, 15-35 parts of cleaning agent, 10-30 parts of bactericide and complex enzyme: 1-10 parts of adhesive, 1-10 parts of fragrant agent, 0.1-2 parts of preservative.
Further, the fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with the sterilization effect is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-25 parts of an acid agent, 40-55 parts of an alkaline agent and a surfactant: 1-10 parts, 18-30 parts of cleaning agent, 10-20 parts of bactericide and complex enzyme: 1-5 parts of adhesive, 1-5 parts of fragrant agent, 0.5-1 part of preservative and 1-5 parts of preservative.
Further, the acid agent is one or a mixture of more of anhydrous citric acid, DL-malic acid, tartaric acid and fumaric acid; the alkaline agent is any one or mixture of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate.
Further, the surfactant is a mixture of fatty alcohol alkoxylate and propylene glycol block polyether; the cleaning agent is one or a mixture of sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium citrate.
Further, the bactericide is a mixture of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and sodium carbonate peroxide.
Further, the sodium carbonate peroxide and the polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:2-2: 1.
Further, the compound enzyme is one or a mixture of more of protease, amylase and lipase.
Further, the adhesive is any one or a mixture of polyethylene glycol-6000 and polyethylene glycol-8000; the preservative is sodium benzoate.
Furthermore, the shape of the fragrant floor washing machine effervescent cleaning tablet with the sterilizing effect is a five-pointed star shape or a honeycomb briquette shape.
A preparation method of a fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with a sterilization effect is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio for later use;
(2) uniformly mixing an acid agent, an alkaline agent, essence, a surfactant and an adhesive at a temperature below 25 ℃ and a humidity below 25% to obtain particles A;
(2) adding a cleaning agent, a bactericide, a preservative and a complex enzyme into the granules A, and uniformly mixing to obtain granules B; tabletting the granules B (pressure is 50-70 kN) to obtain the fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with sterilizing effect.
The floor cleaning sheet of the invention has the following advantages:
(1) removing stains: the invention contains the scale removal components and is added with multi-effect complex enzyme (protease, lipase and amylase), so that the domestic stains on the floor, such as food scraps, tea stains, oil stains and the like, can be removed;
(2) sterilization and no damage to the floor: the invention adopts a proper amount of peroxide and polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride to be mixed for use, which can play a better role in sterilization and can not damage the wood floor, and the sterilization rate can reach 99.99 percent;
(3) fragrance: the floor cleaning agent contains fragrance components, and a room can have pleasant fragrance after the floor is cleaned, so that the floor cleaning agent is good in experience;
(4) low foam does not harm the machine: the fatty alcohol alkoxylate and the propylene glycol block polyether are both low-foaming surfactants, and the propylene glycol block polyether has a defoaming function, so that the propylene glycol alkoxylate and the propylene glycol block polyether can better play a cleaning role when being mixed for use, have no foam, and cannot damage a water absorption motor of a machine;
(5) the disintegration speed is high: the invention makes the effervescent tablet into the pentagram shape has two advantages, one can make the effervescent tablet have novel and lovely appearance, easy to get the consumer's liking, the other is the key reason, can improve the disintegration speed of the effervescent tablet, because this polygonal effervescent tablet is greater than the superficial area of the ordinary round effervescent tablet, the superficial area that the effervescent tablet contacts with water is larger, the more sufficient reaction with water in unit time, the more rapid disintegration speed, therefore raise the working efficiency, certainly, if want to improve the disintegration speed of the effervescent tablet in water more rapidly, can make the effervescent tablet into the shape of "honeycomb briquette";
(6) portable fashion: the effervescent tablet is more convenient to store and carry than common bottled liquid and bagged powder, and can be used anytime and anywhere when needed.
Detailed Description
A preparation method of a fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with a sterilization effect comprises the following specific implementation steps:
(1) weighing the component substances according to the following table 1;
(2) uniformly mixing citric acid, sodium carbonate, essence, fatty alcohol alkoxylate, propylene glycol block polyether and polyethylene glycol-8000 at a temperature below 25 ℃ and a humidity below 25% to obtain particles A;
(2) adding sodium tripolyphosphate, polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, sodium carbonate peroxide, sodium benzoate, sodium bicarbonate, protease, lipase and amylase into the particles A, and uniformly mixing to obtain particles B; tabletting the granules B (the pressure is 60 kN) to obtain the fragrant floor washing machine effervescent cleaning tablet with the sterilizing effect, wherein the weight of each tablet is 5g +/-10%.
(1) Testing the disintegration time:
adding 500ml of tap water into a beaker, putting a floor cleaning machine effervescent tablet (specification: 5 g/tablet) into the water, starting timing, recording the disintegration time after the effervescent tablet is disintegrated, and determining that the disintegration time is qualified after less than 5 minutes.
(2) Manual fouling test:
dropping the concentrated tea on the ceramic tile, placing the ceramic tile in an oven at 70 ℃ for drying, wetting the mop cloth by using the cleaning sheet solution of the floor washing machines of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3, and wiping the ceramic tile by using the mop cloth, wherein the decontamination rate is not less than 80.
Coating yolk, egg white, starch paste and grease on a ceramic tile, placing the ceramic tile in an oven at 70 ℃ for drying, wetting a mop cloth by using the cleaning sheet solution of the floor washing machine of examples 1-8, and wiping the ceramic tile by using the mop cloth, wherein the decontamination rate is not less than 80.
(3) And (3) bacteriostatic test:
bacteria were treated with the aqueous effervescent cleansing tablet solutions of examples 1-5 of the present invention and comparative examples 1-3, and then cultured under the same conditions (for 72 hours at 37 ℃ C. on a bacterial culture medium) to observe whether colonies grew, + indicating colony growth, and-indicating aseptic colony growth, respectively.
(4) And (3) sterilization test:
the effervescent cleansing tablets of examples 1 to 5 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested for sterilization against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans for 30 min.
(5) Wood floor damage test:
the floor was wiped after the mop was wetted with the floor cleaning sheets of examples 1 to 8, while the floor was wiped after the mop was wetted with clean water, and a comparative test was conducted, wherein 10 times per day was wiped, and the appearance of the floor was observed after 15 days, and the appearance of the floor wiped with the floor cleaning sheets was compared with that wiped with clean water, and the floor was judged to be acceptable if the floor was wiped with the floor cleaning sheets with clean water and had no corrosion, and the floor was judged to be unacceptable if the floor was wiped with the floor cleaning sheets with clean water.

The fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with the bactericidal effect as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-25 parts of an acid agent, 40-55 parts of an alkaline agent and a surfactant: 1-10 parts, 18-30 parts of cleaning agent, 10-20 parts of bactericide and complex enzyme: 1-5 parts of adhesive, 1-5 parts of fragrant agent, 0.5-1 part of preservative and 1-5 parts of preservative.

The fragrant scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with bactericidal efficacy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the acid agent is one or a mixture of more of anhydrous citric acid, DL-malic acid, tartaric acid and fumaric acid; the alkaline agent is any one or mixture of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate.
4. The fragrant scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with bactericidal efficacy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the surfactant is a mixture of fatty alcohol alkoxylate and propylene glycol block polyether; the cleaning agent is one or a mixture of sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium citrate.
5. The fragrant scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with bactericidal efficacy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bactericide is a mixture of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and sodium carbonate peroxide.
6. The fragrant scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with bactericidal efficacy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the sodium carbonate peroxide and the polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:2-2: 1.
7. The fragrant scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with bactericidal efficacy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the compound enzyme is one or a mixture of more of protease, amylase and lipase.
8. The fragrant scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with bactericidal efficacy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the adhesive is one or a mixture of polyethylene glycol-6000 and polyethylene glycol-8000; the preservative is sodium benzoate.
9. A fragrance scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet having germicidal efficacy as claimed in any one of claims 1-8 wherein: the shape of the fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with the sterilization effect is a five-pointed star shape or a honeycomb briquette shape.
10. The method of preparing an effervescent fragrance scrubber cleaning sheet with germicidal efficacy as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio for later use;
(2) uniformly mixing an acid agent, an alkaline agent, essence, a surfactant and an adhesive at a temperature below 25 ℃ and a humidity below 25% to obtain particles A;
(3) adding a cleaning agent, a bactericide, a preservative and a complex enzyme into the granules A, and uniformly mixing to obtain granules B; tabletting the granules B to obtain the fragrant floor scrubber effervescent cleaning tablet with the sterilizing effect.
