Preferably, the inorganic strong base is 45-50% of potassium hydroxide by mass fraction. The invention adopts the potassium hydroxide, has better water solubility and compatibility, and is compatible with other materials to generate the stable, clear and uniform cleaning disinfectant; the water solubility and compatibility of the traditional sodium hydroxide are relatively low, so that the cleaning disinfectant is easy to disperse unevenly, turbid and the like.
Preferably, the chelating agent is glutamic acid N, N-diacetic acid solution with the mass fraction of 38-42%.
Most of molecules of the glutamic acid N, N-diacetic acid solution adopted by the invention are derived from sustainable planting natural raw materials, and the glutamic acid N, N-diacetic acid solution is a biodegradable environment-friendly chelating agent, so that the environmental protection property of the cleaning and disinfecting solution is improved. The traditional chelating agent, namely ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid sodium salt (such as EDTA-4Na), is stable in the environment, is not easily biodegraded and has pollution influence on the environment, sodium nitrilotriacetate (such as NTA-3Na) is defined as a suspicious carcinogen according to the latest GHS, and the danger indication of 'explosion before chest' is required when the content exceeds 0.2 percent, so that the product sale is not safe or can be seriously influenced; the traditional complexing agent sodium tripolyphosphate or organic phosphonate has the harmful effect of eutrophication on the environment, and is easy to cause eutrophication of water body to cause mass propagation of algae plants so as to influence the water body quality.
Preferably, the polyacrylate is one of sodium polyacrylate with molecular weight of 5100, sodium polyacrylate with molecular weight of 15000 and sodium polyacrylate with molecular weight of 8000; the polyacrylate can play a role in suspending stains and preventing stains from depositing on cleaning disinfectant.

Preferably, the cleaning and disinfecting liquid also comprises 3-8 parts of composite dispersion stabilizer.
Preferably, each part of the composite dispersion stabilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0002274847980000031
the composite dispersion stabilizer prepared by adopting the materials has good compatibility and high stability, can be uniformly mixed and dispersed with other materials of the cleaning disinfectant, and improves the dispersibility of the composite dispersion stabilizer and other materials in the cleaning disinfectant and the stability of the composite dispersion stabilizer.
Wherein, the adopted polyacrylic acid has better dispersibility and scale inhibition performance, improves the scale inhibition performance of the cleaning milk, and delays the deposition of scale and other dirt on the tableware again; the adopted sodium gluconate has excellent corrosion and scale inhibition effects, improves the decontamination and scale inhibition performance of the cleaning disinfectant, delays the deposition of water scale and other dirt on tableware again, and has better stability for the cleaning disinfectant containing the deionized water component; the adopted sodium ethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphonate has better stability, and the decontamination stability of the cleaning disinfectant is improved; the adopted polyethylene glycol has good water solubility, has better compatibility with other materials, and can improve the wettability and the dispersibility of the cleaning and disinfecting liquid.
Preferably, the composite dispersion stabilizer is prepared by the following steps: mixing polyacrylic acid and polyethylene glycol according to parts by weight, adding sodium gluconate and sodium ethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphonate, and stirring for 10-15min under the condition that the ultrasonic frequency is 15000-18000Hz to prepare the composite dispersion stabilizer.

The comparison of the data shows that the tableware cleaning disinfectant for the dish washer has the functions of cleaning and disinfecting, sterilization, scale prevention, washing process saving, high cleaning efficiency and strong detergency. The cleaning milk in the comparative example 1 adopts the same amount of sodium hydroxide to replace potassium hydroxide, so that the cleaning capacity is obviously reduced, and the potassium hydroxide is adopted, so that the compatibility and the solubility with other materials are higher, and the dispersibility of the cleaning disinfectant and the exertion of cleaning components are effectively improved.
In contrast, in comparative example 2, the cleaning and disinfecting solution prepared by using the same amount of tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate instead of the glutamic acid N, N-diacetic acid solution has reduced detergency, which indicates that the cleaning and disinfecting solution of the present invention has excellent detergency by mixing the glutamic acid N, N-diacetic acid solution with other materials.
The composite stable dispersing agent of the comparative example 3 adopts materials such as ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium, sodium hydroxide and water, and the cleaning ability is reduced, which shows that the composite stable dispersing agent compounded by the invention can improve the dispersibility and stability of the materials and the decontamination performance of the materials.
The above-described embodiments are preferred implementations of the present invention, and the present invention may be implemented in other ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
