The comparison of the data shows that the tableware cleaning disinfectant for the dish washer has the functions of cleaning and disinfecting, sterilization, scale prevention, washing process saving, high cleaning efficiency and strong detergency. The cleaning milk in the comparative example 1 adopts the same amount of sodium hydroxide to replace potassium hydroxide, so that the cleaning capacity is obviously reduced, and the potassium hydroxide is adopted, so that the compatibility and the solubility with other materials are higher, and the dispersibility of the cleaning disinfectant and the exertion of cleaning components are effectively improved.
In contrast, in comparative example 2, the cleaning and disinfecting solution prepared by using the same amount of tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate instead of the glutamic acid N, N-diacetic acid solution has reduced detergency, which indicates that the cleaning and disinfecting solution of the present invention has excellent detergency by mixing the glutamic acid N, N-diacetic acid solution with other materials.
The composite stable dispersing agent of the comparative example 3 adopts materials such as ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium, sodium hydroxide and water, and the cleaning ability is reduced, which shows that the composite stable dispersing agent compounded by the invention can improve the dispersibility and stability of the materials and the decontamination performance of the materials.
The above-described embodiments are preferred implementations of the present invention, and the present invention may be implemented in other ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

the tableware cleaning disinfectant for the dish washer is prepared by the following steps: mixing inorganic strong base and deionized water according to parts by weight, adding a composite dispersion stabilizer under the condition of high-speed stirring, uniformly stirring by ultrasonic waves, adding a chelating agent, sodium hypochlorite and polyacrylate, stirring and dispersing to prepare the tableware cleaning disinfectant for the dish-washing machine;
the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic stirring is 1500-2000Hz, and the ultrasonic stirring time is 12-15 min.
