Claims (6)
- セパレータを介して複数のバイポーラ電極が積層された電極積層体と、
前記電極積層体の側面に設けられ、積層方向に隣り合う前記バイポーラ電極間を封止する封止体と、を備え、
前記電極積層体の積層端には、前記積層方向の内側を向く面に正極及び負極の一方が形成された電極板を有する終端電極が配置されており、
前記封止体は、前記終端電極における前記電極板の縁部に結合すると共に、当該電極板の縁から前記電極積層体の積層方向に直交する方向に張り出す張出部分を有する樹脂部を含み、
前記樹脂部において、前記張出部分に対応する領域には、前記樹脂部を構成する樹脂材料よりも引張強度の高い樹脂材料によって構成された樹脂フィルムが配置されている蓄電モジュール。 - 前記樹脂フィルムは、前記樹脂部と前記電極板とが重なる領域にわたって配置されている請求項1記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記樹脂フィルムは、前記樹脂部における前記積層方向の外側を向く面に配置されている請求項1又は2記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記樹脂フィルムは、前記樹脂部における前記積層方向の内側を向く面に配置されている請求項1又は2記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記正極が形成された電極板を有する終端電極には、前記樹脂フィルムを介して前記樹脂部が結合している請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記電極板における前記樹脂部との結合面は、粗化メッキ面となっている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の蓄電モジュール。
