Claims (8)
- 第1シート状部材と、
前記第1シート状部材の上面に配置されるメンブレンシートと、
前記メンブレンシートの上面に配置され、前記第1シート状部材との間で前記メンブレンシートを面内方向に移動可能な状態で支持する第2シート状部材と、
前記第1シート状部材と前記第2シート状部材とを連結する連結部材と、
前記第2シート状部材の上面側に設けられたガイド機構によって上下動可能に支持され、押下操作されることで前記メンブレンシートの接点を接離させる複数のキートップと、
隣接する前記キートップ間を区画すると共に、その下面に前記第2シート状部材の上面が接着固定されるフレーム部材と、
を備えることを特徴とするキーボード装置。 - 請求項1に記載のキーボード装置において、
前記第1シート状部材及び前記第2シート状部材は、樹脂材料で形成されていることを特徴とするキーボード装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のキーボード装置において、
前記フレーム部材は、前記複数のキートップ全体の外周を囲むように設けられた外枠部と、前記外枠部の内側で網目状に設けられ、各キートップ間を区画する内枠部と、を有し、
前記第2シート状部材は、前記外枠部及び前記内枠部に対して接着固定されていることを特徴とするキーボード装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のキーボード装置において、
前記第1シート状部材と前記第2シート状部材との間に介在し、該第1シート状部材と該第2シート状部材との間隔を、前記メンブレンシートの板厚よりも大きい寸法に規制する支柱を備えることを特徴とするキーボード装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のキーボード装置において、
前記連結部材は、前記第2シート状部材の上面で前記ガイド機構を支持する支持部材から垂下されたピン状部材であると共に、該ピン状部材は、前記第2シート状部材に設けられた孔部と、前記メンブレンシートに設けられた孔部とを挿通して前記第1シート状部材に連結されており、
前記メンブレンシートの前記孔部の内面と、前記ピン状部材の外面との間には、隙間が設けられていることを特徴とするキーボード装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のキーボード装置において、
前記連結部材は、前記第1シート状部材から突出したピン状部材であると共に、該ピン状部材は、前記メンブレンシートに設けられた孔部と、前記第2シート状部材に設けられた孔部とを挿通して前記第2シート状部材の上面に突き出しており、
前記ピン状部材の先端は、前記ガイド機構と連結される連結部を有するか、又は、前記第2シート状部材の上面で前記ガイド機構を支持する支持部材に対して連結されており、
前記メンブレンシートの前記孔部の内面と、前記ピン状部材の外面との間には、隙間が設けられていることを特徴とするキーボード装置。 - 請求項2に記載のキーボード装置において、
前記第1シート状部材の下面側に、前記キートップに対するタッチ操作を検出可能なセンサを設けたことを特徴とするキーボード装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のキーボード装置を備えた本体筐体と、該本体筐体とヒンジを用いて回動可能に連結されたディスプレイ筐体とを備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
