次に、図6を用いて、本発明の第3実施形態の接合材用溶接ユニット42について説明する。なお、第1、第2実施形態と同様の部分については同一の符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 金属製の第1部材と、前記第1部材の一方面に重ね合わされると共に貫通孔を有し前記第1部材の一方面と前記貫通孔とで凹部を形成する第2部材と、
外径が前記貫通孔の内径よりも大径且つ前記貫通孔の内径よりも厚みが薄い大径板部と、前記大径板部から突出され、前記貫通孔に挿入される凸部と、を有し、前記第1部材と同種の金属製である接合材と、
前記接合材を保持する保持部を有し、前記接合材へ通電して前記接合材の前記凸部を溶融させ、前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを接合する溶接機と、
を備えた、接合材用溶接ユニット。 - 前記凸部の前記大径板部からの突出長さは、前記凹部の深さよりも長い、請求項1に記載の接合材用溶接ユニット。
- 前記大径板部の表面には、前記保持部と係合する凹状の係合部が形成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の接合材用溶接ユニット。
- 前記溶接機の前記保持部は、バキュームによる吸引で前記接合材を保持するバキューム保持部である、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の接合材用溶接ユニット。
- 前記溶接機の前記保持部は、磁力による吸引で前記接合材を保持する磁力保持部である、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の接合材用溶接ユニット。
- 前記溶接機の前記保持部は雄ねじで形成されており、前記大径板部の表面には前記雄ねじと螺合する雌ねじが形成されている、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の接合材用溶接ユニット。
- 前記溶接機の前記保持部は径方向に弾性変形可能なバネ部材を含んで形成されており、前記大径板部の表面には前記バネ部材を圧縮変形させる係合させる係合凹溝が形成されている、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の接合材用溶接ユニット。
