Claims (6)
- 被転写物を保持する保持台と、
前記被転写物上に載置された熱転写箔および前記熱転写箔上に載置された光吸収性を有する光吸収フィルムを押圧すると共に前記光吸収フィルムに光を照射する箔転写用ツールと、
前記保持台および前記箔転写用ツールのいずれか一方を他方に対して相対的に移動させる移動機構と、
前記光吸収フィルムのうち、前記箔転写用ツールによって押圧されかつ光が照射されている部分の温度である加工温度を測定する温度測定装置と、を備えている、熱転写装置。 - 前記箔転写用ツールと前記移動機構と前記温度測定装置とに通信可能に接続された制御装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記箔転写用ツールおよび前記保持台を前記移動機構によって相対移動させることにより、前記熱転写箔および前記光吸収フィルムを押圧すると共に前記光吸収フィルムに光を照射して前記被転写物上に前記熱転写箔を箔転写する箔転写制御を行うように構成されている箔転写制御部と、
前記温度測定装置によって測定された前記加工温度が所定の温度範囲内であるか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部において前記加工温度が前記所定の温度範囲内であると判定された場合には箔転写が正常に行われていると通知し、前記判定部において前記加工温度が前記所定の温度範囲外であると判定された場合には箔転写が正常に行われていないと通知する通知部と、を備えている、請求項1に記載の熱転写装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記判定部において前記加工温度が前記所定の温度範囲外であると判定されたとき、前記箔転写用ツールから照射される光のエネルギーを調整する光エネルギー調整部を備えている、請求項2に記載の熱転写装置。
- 前記箔転写用ツールは、
先端部を有する中空状のペン本体と、
前記ペン本体の前記先端部に設けられ、前記被転写物上に載置された前記熱転写箔および前記光吸収フィルムを押圧する押圧体と、
一端部および他端部を有し、少なくとも一部が前記ペン本体の内部に配置された第1導光体と、
前記第1導光体の前記一端部に接続された光源と、を備え、
前記第1導光体の前記他端部は、前記ペン本体の内部において前記押圧体に対向するように前記ペン本体の前記先端部に配置され、
前記押圧体は、前記光源から発せられる光を透過する材料から形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱転写装置。 - 前記押圧体は、前記ペン本体の前記先端部に着脱可能に設けられている、請求項4に記載の熱転写装置。
- 前記温度測定装置は、
一端部および他端部を有し、少なくとも一部が前記ペン本体の内部に配置された第2導光体と、
前記第2導光体の前記一端部に接続されたフォトダイオードと、を備え、
前記第2導光体の前記他端部は、前記ペン本体の内部において前記押圧体に対向するように前記ペン本体の前記先端部に配置されている、請求項4または5に記載の熱転写装置。
