- 円筒状を成し、樹脂で形成されたライナと、
前記ライナの外周面に接合され、前記ライナの樹脂よりも線膨張係数が小さい樹脂で形成された外層と、
前記ライナの内周面側に挿入され、当該ライナの内部と外部を連通させる金属製の口金と、
前記ライナの内周面と前記口金との間に設けられ、当該ライナの内周面と当該口金との間をシールするシール部材と、
