Abstract
Description
(1)本実施形態の電動機MTは、ロータ10と、ロータ10と同軸に配置された略円筒形状の巻線23を有するステータ20とを備える(図2)。電動機MTは、その回転軸線CL1が車両の高さ方向を向くように車両に搭載される(図2)。冷却装置は、油圧ポンプ71と、巻線23の上方空間SP1に向けて周方向にわたって開口された吐出口PA5と、ロータ10とステータ20とを収容するケース30に設けられ、油圧ポンプ71から吐出された冷却油を吐出口PA5,PA6に導く冷却油路PA4(PA41,PA42,PA43)と、を備える(図4〜図6)。
Claims (7)
- ロータと、該ロータと同軸に配置された略円筒形状の巻線を有するステータと、を備える回転電機の冷却装置であって、
前記回転電機は、その回転軸線が車両の高さ方向を向くように車両に搭載され、
油圧源と、
前記巻線の上方空間に向けて周方向にわたって開口された吐出口と、
前記ロータと前記ステータとを収容するケース部に設けられ、前記油圧源から供給された冷却油を前記吐出口に導く冷却油路と、を備えることを特徴とする回転電機の冷却装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の冷却装置において、
前記ステータは、前記ロータの周囲に配置され、
前記ケース部は、前記ロータおよび前記ステータの上方を覆い、前記巻線の上端部の外周面および上端面にそれぞれ対向して設けられた内周面および上面を有する上ケース部を有し、
前記吐出口は、前記上ケース部の前記内周面に、前記上面に向けて開口され、
前記冷却油路は、前記吐出口の周囲に設けられた環状油路と、前記環状油路と前記吐出口とを連通する連通油路とを有することを特徴とする回転電機の冷却装置。 - 請求項2に記載の回転電機の冷却装置において、
前記上ケース部の前記上面は第1上面であり、
前記上ケース部は、前記第1上面、前記内周面および前記第1上面の径方向外側かつ前記第1上面よりも下方に延在する第2上面を有するケース部材と、前記第2上面に取り付けられた板部材と、を有し、
前記環状油路、前記連通油路および前記吐出口は、前記第2上面と前記板部材との間に形成されることを特徴とする回転電機の冷却装置。 - 請求項3に記載の回転電機の冷却装置において、
前記第2上面の内径側端部に面取りが設けられ、前記板部材の内径側端部は、前記面取りに平行な傾斜面を有することを特徴とする回転電機の冷却装置。 - 請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の冷却装置において、
前記巻線の上端面に対向する前記上ケース部の前記上面は、前記巻線の上端面の径方向中央部に向けて傾斜された傾斜面を有することを特徴とする回転電機の冷却装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の冷却装置において、
前記ステータは、前記ロータとの境である周面に沿って、前記巻線の上端面よりも上方に突出する突出部を有することを特徴とする回転電機の冷却装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の冷却装置において、
前記回転電機は、車両駆動輪の駆動用回転電機であり、前記回転電機の上端面は、左右の車両駆動輪の回転中心を接続する軸線よりも下方に位置することを特徴とする回転電機の冷却装置。
