Claims (13)
- ワイヤレス送電装置が送電した電力をワイヤレスにて受電するワイヤレス受電装置であって、
磁界を介して交流電力を取り込む受電コイルと、
前記受電コイルとともに共振回路を構成する受電側コンデンサと、
それぞれ整流機能を有する複数の半導体素子がブリッジ接続され、前記受電コイルが取り込んだ交流電力を整流する整流回路と、
前記整流回路の一方側入力ラインと安定電位との間の電圧である第1の交流電圧、及び、前記整流回路の他方側入力ラインと安定電位との間の電圧である第2の交流電圧に基づいて前記整流回路の短絡を検出する短絡検出回路と、
を備えるワイヤレス受電装置。 - 前記安定電位は前記整流回路の低圧側出力ラインと同電位である、
請求項1に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - 前記受電コイルの近傍に接地された状態で配置される金属部材をさらに備え、
前記安定電位は前記金属部材と同電位である、
請求項1に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - 前記短絡検出回路は、
前記一方側入力ラインに接続される第1のコンデンサと、
前記他方側入力ラインに接続される第2のコンデンサと、を有する
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - 前記短絡検出回路は、
前記一方側入力ラインと前記第1のコンデンサの間に配設される第1の抵抗分圧回路と、
前記他方側入力ラインと前記第2のコンデンサの間に配設される第2の抵抗分圧回路と、を有する
請求項4に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - 前記短絡検出回路は、
前記第1のコンデンサとともに前記第1の交流電圧を容量分圧する第1の容量分圧回路を構成する第3のコンデンサと、
前記第1の容量分圧回路の出力電圧を整流する第1の整流平滑回路と、
前記第1の整流平滑回路の出力電圧と基準電圧とを比較する第1の比較回路と、
前記第2のコンデンサとともに前記第2の交流電圧を容量分圧する第2の容量分圧回路を構成する第4のコンデンサと、
前記第2の容量分圧回路の出力電圧を整流する第2の整流平滑回路と、
前記第2の整流平滑回路の出力電圧と基準電圧とを比較する第2の比較回路と、
前記第1の比較回路の比較結果及び前記第2の比較回路の比較結果に基づいて、前記整流回路の短絡を検出する検出回路と、を有する、
請求項4又は5に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - 前記整流回路の出力電流を検出する電流検出回路、
をさらに備える請求項6に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - 前記整流回路の出力端と負荷との接続状態を切り替える切替回路、をさらに備え、
前記切替回路は、前記検出回路が前記整流回路の短絡を検出し、かつ、前記電流検出回路が前記整流回路の出力電流を検出した場合に、前記整流回路の出力端と前記負荷とを切り離す、
請求項7に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - 前記短絡検出回路は、
前記一方側入力ラインに接続される第1の抵抗素子、前記他方側入力ラインに接続される第2の抵抗素子、及び前記安定電位に接続される第3の抵抗素子を有し、前記第1乃至第3の抵抗素子の中点電位を出力する抵抗分圧回路と、
前記抵抗分圧回路に接続されるフィルタ回路と、
前記フィルタ回路の出力電圧と基準電圧とを比較する比較回路と、
前記比較回路の比較結果に基づいて、前記整流回路の短絡を検出する検出回路と、を有する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - 送電側に情報を送信する送信器、をさらに備え、
前記送信器は、前記短絡検出回路が前記整流回路の短絡を検出した場合に、送電停止を示す信号を送信する、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - 前記短絡検出回路が前記整流回路の短絡を検出したことをユーザ又は外部機器に報知する報知器、
をさらに備える請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス受電装置。 - ワイヤレス送電装置及びワイヤレス受電装置を備え、
前記ワイヤレス受電装置は、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス受電装置である、
ワイヤレス電力伝送システム。 - それぞれ整流機能を有する複数の半導体素子がブリッジ接続され、入力された交流電力を整流する整流回路の短絡を検出する短絡監視装置であって、
前記整流回路の一方側入力ラインと安定電位との間の電圧である第1の交流電圧、及び、前記整流回路の他方側入力ラインと安定電位との間の電圧である第2の交流電圧に基づいて、前記整流回路の短絡を検出する、
短絡監視装置。
