Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る近距離無線通信装置について、図を参照して説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る近距離無線通信装置の構成を示す機能ブロック図である。
図6は、負荷回路の一例を含む近距離無線通信装置の構成例を示す機能ブロック図である。図6において、近距離無線通信装置10における負荷回路60以外の箇所の説明は上述しており、これらの箇所の新たな説明は省略する。
図7は、本発明の近距離無線通信装置の構造の一例を示す側面断面図である。図7に示すように、近距離無線通信装置10は、支持基材11、磁性シート12、コイル20、電子部品191、および、電子部品192を備える。なお、図8では、電子部品191および電子部品192は、1個記載しているが、電子部品191および電子部品192は、近距離無線通信装置10の回路を構成可能な数で存在する。

- 近距離無線を利用したワイヤレス給電における受電と、前記近距離無線を利用したデータの無線通信における受信とを共用する受電コイルと、
前記受電コイルと2つ以上の共振キャパシタとで共振回路を形成する受電共振回路と、
前記受電共振回路にそれぞれ電気接続される無線通信回路および電気を用いた仕事をする負荷回路と、
を備え、
前記受電共振回路は、
前記受電コイルから前記無線通信回路に通信用の電圧を供給する受信回路と、
前記受電コイルから前記負荷回路に受電用の電流を供給する受電回路と、
を備え、
前記受信回路と前記受電回路とは、共用回路部を有し、
前記2つ以上の共振キャパシタは、第1共振キャパシタと第2共振キャパシタとを前記共用回路部に有し、
前記第1共振キャパシタは、前記受電コイルに対して電気的に並列に接続されて前記受電コイルとともに並列共振回路を構成して、該並列共振回路は、外部の交番磁界が有する周波数において並列共振動作を行い、
前記第2共振キャパシタは、前記受電コイルに対して電気的に直列に接続されて前記受電コイルと前記第1共振キャパシタとともに並直列共振回路を構成して、該並直列共振回路は、外部の交番磁界が有する周波数において並直列共振動作を行い、
前記並列共振回路と前記並直列共振回路とを備えるインピーダンス調整回路は、
前記受信回路から前記無線通信回路を見た通信周波数での無線通信用出力インピーダンスが、負荷変調を実現する第1所定値以上であり、
前記受電回路から前記負荷回路を見た受電周波数での受電用出力インピーダンスが、電力供給を実現する第2所定値以下であり、
前記受信回路と前記受電回路の両方の動作が並行して行われる、
受電機能を備えた近距離無線通信装置。 - 前記通信周波数と前記受電周波数とは同じであり、
前記第2所定値は、前記第1所定値よりも大きい、
