ことを特徴とする溶接構造。

前記第2導体は、電池パックに形成された電極に接続されるバスバであり、

以下、本発明に係る実施形態を図面を参照して説明する。図1は本発明の一実施形態に係る導体モジュール取付構造を備える電池パック11の平面図である。図2は本発明の一実施形態に係る導体モジュール取付構造を備える電池パック11の分解斜視図である。図3は図2に示した端子保持部の要部拡大図である。図4はバスバに接触可能な状態となって位置決めされた電圧検出端子の斜視図である。
本実施形態に係る導体モジュール取付構造は、複数の単電池31を有する電池パック11に用いて好適となる。
単電池31は、図2の左側より一つ目の単電池収容室37に負極35を上にして収容され、二つ目の単電池収容室37に正極33を上にして収容される。そして以後、負極35と正極33とが交互に上になるようにして単電池31が単電池収容室37にそれぞれ収容される。従って、導体配置スペース27の隣接する単電池収容室37に跨ってバスバ25がそれぞれ設置されることにより、負極35を上にした7個の単電池31と、正極33を上にした7個の単電池31とが、直列に接続されるようになっている。なお、下面の導体配置スペース27における長手方向両端に位置する単電池収容室37に設置された長方形のバスバは、それぞれ総正極及び総負極となる。
電圧検出端子21は、側面視でL形の端子本体部57と、端子本体部57の上端からバスバ25に向かって、バスバ25と平行になるように折り曲げられた電気接触部59と、端子本体部57の基端に形成された導体接続部61と、からなる。導体接続部61には、電圧検出線19の導体が圧着等により接続される。
端子支持部65は、図4に示すように、プロテクタ17が凹溝15に挿入完了した状態で、上端がケース13の外壁41より高く配置される。端子支持部65は、外壁41より高い位置で開放する側部より電圧検出端子21の電気接触部59がバスバ上に平行に配置される。即ち、端子支持部65は、プロテクタ17が凹溝15に挿入された状態で、電圧検出端子21の電気接触部59をプロテクタ17の外側へ導出し、バスバ25の上面に接触可能に位置決めする。バスバ25と接触可能な状態で位置決めされた電気接触部59は、溶接によりバスバ25と電気的に接合される。
導体モジュール100を組立てるには、予めプロテクタ17に、電圧検出端子付きの電圧検出線19を組み付ける。電圧検出端子付きの電圧検出線19は、電圧検出端子21をプロテクタ17の端子保持部23における端子支持部65に挿入した後、接続されている電圧検出線19をU溝51に挿入する。この際、電圧検出線19は、飛び出し規制爪75の間隙を介してU溝51へ挿入することで、U溝51からの脱落が容易に規制される。同様にして全ての電圧検出端子付きの電圧検出線19をプロテクタ17に組み付ける。
続いて、電圧検出端子21及びバスバ25の溶接前後の構造について詳細に説明する。図5(a)及び図5(b)は、図5(a)が本発明の一実施形態に係る導体モジュール取付構造における電圧検出端子21及びバスバ25の溶接前の構造を示す、図1のV−V線断面図であり、図5(b)が本発明の一実施形態に係る導体モジュール取付構造における電圧検出端子21及びバスバ25の溶接後の構造を示す、図1のV−V線断面図である。
