Abstract
Description
バッテリジャンプスタート装置10は、図11に示すように、上部ケーシング部12aと下部ケーシング部12bとを有するケーシング12を備える。
上部ケーシング部12a及び下部ケーシング部12bは、バッテリジャンプスタート装置10を組み立てるときに、互いに接続されるように構成されている。
Claims (15)
- スマートスイッチを有するバッテリジャンプスタート装置用のバッテリアセンブリ装置であって、
正極端子タブと、負極端子タブとを有するバッテリと、
前記バッテリの前記正極端子タブに接続された正極端子導体バーと、
前記バッテリの前記負極端子タブに接続された負極端子導体バーと、
前記正極端子導体バーに接続された正極ケーブルと、
前記ジャンプスタート装置の前記スマートスイッチに接続可能なスマートスイッチインターフェイスと
を備え、
前記スマートスイッチインターフェイスは、回路基板を備え、
前記回路基板は、前記回路基板上で互いに離間した第1回路基板導体バーと第2回路基板導体バーとを備え、
前記スマートスイッチインターフェイスは、前記バッテリの前記負極端子タブとジャンプスタートされるバッテリとの間の絶縁を提供するために、前記第1回路基板導体バーと前記第2回路基板導体バーとの間を接続する1又は複数のリレーを更に備える、バッテリアセンブリ装置。 - スマートスイッチを有するバッテリジャンプスタート装置用のバッテリアセンブリ装置であって、
正極端子タブと、負極端子タブとを備える矩形のバッテリと
前記バッテリの前記正極タブに接続された正極端子導体バーと、
前記バッテリの前記負極タブに接続された負極端子導体バーと、
前記正極導体バーに可撓性ケーブルコネクタによって接続された正極ケーブルと、
前記ジャンプスタート装置のスマートスイッチに接続可能なスマートスイッチインターフェイスと
を備え、
前記スマートスイッチバッテリインターフェイスは、回路基板を備え、
前記回路基板は、前記回路基板上で互いに離間した第1回路基板導体バーと第2回路基板導体バーとを備え、
前記スマートスイッチバッテリインターフェイスは、ジャンプスタートされる前記バッテリの前記負極タブの間の絶縁を提供するために、前記第1回路基板導体バーと前記第2回路基板導体バーとの間に接続された1又は複数のリレーを更に備える、バッテリアセンブリ装置。 - スマートスイッチを有するバッテリジャンプ装置用のバッテリアセンブリ装置であって、
バッテリの両端部にそれぞれ位置する正極端子タブと負極端子タブとを備える矩形状バッテリと、
前記バッテリの前記負極端子タブに接続されたL型正極端子導体バーと、前記L形正極端子は前記バッテリの角の周りに屈曲しており、前記バッテリの側部の少なくとも一部に沿って延在している
前記正極端子導体バーに接続された正極タブと、
前記ジャンプスタート装置の前記スマートスイッチに接続可能なスマートスイッチインターフェイスと
を備え、
前記スマートスイッチインターフェイスは、回路基板を備え、
前記回路基板は、前記回路基板上で互いに離間して配置された第1回路基板導体バーと第2回路基板導体バーとを備え、
前記スマートスイッチインターフェイスは、前記バッテリジャンプスタート装置の前記負極タブの間の絶縁を提供するために、前記第1回路基板導体バーと前記第2回路基板導体バーとの間を接続する1又は複数のリレーを備える、バッテリアセンブリ装置。 - 前記リレーは、前記第1回路基板導体バーと前記第2回路基板導体バーとの間を平行に接続する複数のリレーである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記負極端子導体バーは、前記バッテリを前記スマートスイッチバッテリインターフェイスに機械的及び電気的に接続する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スマートスイッチバッテリインターフェイスは、前記負極端子導体バーによって前記バッテリの上方に隣接して配置されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記正極ケーブルの一端は、前記正極ケーブルの露出ケーブル導体端部を少なくとも部分的に巻回するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記正極端子導体バーは、前記バッテリの前記正極端子タブに超音波溶着されており、
前記負極端子導体バーは、前記バッテリの前記負極端子タブに超音波溶着されている、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記バッテリは、矩形であり、
前記正極端子導体バーと前記負極端子導体バーとは、L形であり、前記バッテリのそれぞれの角部を巻回している、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 複数の前記バッテリタブは、前記バッテリのケーシングと同一平面に搭載された、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記正極ケーブルは、可撓性ケーブルコネクタによって前記正極端子導体バーに接続されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性ケーブルコネクタは、可撓性外側スリーブ部と可撓性内側スリーブ部とを備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性外側スリーブ部は、外側フランジを備え、
前記可撓性内側スリーブ部は、内側フランジを備え、
前記外側フランジと前記内側フランジとは、前記バッテリジャンプスタート装置のケーシング壁を挟み込んでいる、請求項12に記載の装置。 - 前記可撓性ケーブルコネクタは、内側蛇行ケーブル部を備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記可撓性ケーブルコネクタは、前記バッテリジャンプスタート装置のケーシング壁に対して斜めに向けられるように配置された正極ケーブルを収容するように構成されており、
前記内側蛇行ケーブル部は、前記ケーシング壁に対する角度と、前記内側蛇状ケーブル部の前記正極端子導体バーへの取付角度との間のずれを吸収するように構成されている、請求項14に記載の装置。
