Claims (3)
- 測定物体の測定部位を外部と遮断されるように覆う外部遮光部材と、
前記測定物体の測定部位に光を照射する光源部材と、
前記測定物体の測定部位で反射及び拡散され、入射される光を収集する受光レンズと、
前記受光レンズを介して収集され、入射される光を波長別に分離して検出する分光器と、
を備え、
前記受光レンズの中央部には安着ホールが形成され、前記光源部材は前記安着ホールに安着して配置され、前記受光レンズと分光器は前記光源部材の光軸線上に配列されることを特徴とする、
コンパクトな構造を有する分光分析装置。 - 内面に前記光源部材が密着して結合し、外面は前記受光レンズの安着ホールの内壁に密着して結合し、前方は前記受光レンズの前面に突出する内部遮光ゴムをさらに備えることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のコンパクトな構造を有する分光分析装置。 - 前記外部遮光部材は、測定物体に密着するようにゴム材質ででき、折ることが可能な折部が形成されることを特徴とする、
