Description
Claims (12)
- 可溶化ロジウム−リン錯体の存在下でオレフィン系化合物、一酸化炭素、及び水素を反応させるアルデヒドを生成するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスが、
(a)気化アルデヒド生成物ストリームをヒドロホルミル化反応器からその下流で受け取ることであって、前記気化アルデヒド生成物ストリームが、アルデヒド、リン配位子、及びアルデヒド縮合副生成物を含む、受け取ることと、
(b)前記リン配位子及び前記副生成物を凝縮させるように前記気化アルデヒド生成物ストリームを部分凝縮器に接触させることであって、前記気化ストリームの最大で10重量パーセントを凝縮させる、接触させることと、
(c)凝縮したリン配位子及び凝縮した副生成物を精製カラムを使用して液体凝縮ストリームから除去することと、
(d)分離精製カラムからの気化アルデヒドを更に処理することと、を含む、プロセス。 - 工程(b)からの未凝縮アルデヒド生成物ストリームを更なる処理のために移送する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- アルデヒドを生成するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスが、
(a)可溶化ロジウム−リン錯体、遊離リン配位子、及びアルデヒド縮合副生成物の存在下でオレフィン系化合物、一酸化炭素、及び水素を反応させて、液体反応溶液中でアルデヒドを生成することと、
(b)前記液体反応溶液を気化させて、アルデヒド、リン配位子、及びアルデヒド縮合副生成物を含む気化アルデヒド生成物ストリームを提供することと、
(c)前記気化生成物ストリームを部分凝縮器で部分的に凝縮させて、凝縮したリン配位子及び凝縮した副生成物を含む液体凝縮ストリーム、ならびにアルデヒドを含むガスストリームを提供することであって、前記気化生成物ストリームの最大で10重量パーセントを凝縮させる、提供することと、
(d)前記凝縮したリン配位子及び前記凝縮した副生成物を精製カラムを使用して前記液体凝縮ストリームから除去することと、
(e)分離精製カラムからの気化アルデヒドを更に処理することと、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記アルデヒド縮合副生成物が、前記アルデヒドの沸点よりも少なくとも30℃高い沸点を有する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記オレフィン系化合物が、2〜8個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンである、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記気化生成物ストリームの最大で5重量パーセントが凝縮される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記気化生成物ストリームの最大で4重量パーセントが凝縮される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記リン配位子が、トリオルガノホスフィン化合物である、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記リン配位子が、トリフェニルホスフィンを含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記リン配位子が、シクロヘキシルジフェニルホスフィンを含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記凝縮したリン配位子及び前記凝縮した副生成物が、前記プロセスに戻されない、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記気化アルデヒド生成物ストリームが、アミンを更に含み、前記部分凝縮器からの前記液体凝縮ストリームが、凝縮したアミンを更に含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
