Abstract
Description
−別体の第2の燃料リザーバを準備し、その第2の燃料リザーバから液体導管が別体の第1の燃料リザーバへ通じており、
−別体の第2の燃料リザーバに燃料を連続的に充填し、
−燃料容器内の低い燃料レベル及び同時に、燃料容器を有する車両の縦加速又は横加速が続くことに基づいて、移送ポンプによる別体の第1の燃料リザーバの供給が中断された場合に、第2の燃料リザーバから第1の燃料リザーバへ燃料を移送するために遠心力を利用する。
Claims (11)
- モジュールポットを有する燃料容器(10)であって、前記モジュールポットが、燃料容器(10)の内部に配置された、燃料ポンプ用の別体の第1の燃料リザーバ(12)を形成する、ものにおいて、
燃料容器(10)の内部に、第1の燃料リザーバ(12)から分離して配置された、燃料ポンプ用の別体の第2の燃料リザーバ(22)が設けられ、燃料容器(10)へ作用するあらかじめ定められた加速度値を少なくとも上回った場合に、前記第2の燃料リザーバ(22)から燃料が第1の燃料リザーバ(12)内へ溢流する、ことを特徴とするモジュールポットを有する燃料容器(10)。 - 第1及び/又は第2の燃料リザーバ(12、22)が、燃料容器(10)の底近傍に配置された少なくとも1つの移送ポンプ(14、18)、好ましくはサクションジェットポンプによって、燃料を充填される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料容器(10)。
- 第2の燃料リザーバ(22)が、下方へ向かって閉鎖された半球部分(26)と、リングウェブ(28)を介して半球部分(26)の上方の端縁領域と結合された側壁部分(30)とを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料容器(10)。
- リングウェブ(28)内に少なくとも1つの貫通開口部(38)が設けられており、前記貫通開口部(38)から液体導管(24)が第1の燃料リザーバ(12)へ通じている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料容器(10)。
- 第2の燃料リザーバ(22)が、少なくともそのリングウェブ(28)が、第1の燃料リザーバ(12)の上方に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料容器(10)。
- サクションジェットポンプとして形成された燃料ポンプ(14、18)が、燃料容器(10)内に配置されており、燃料を第2の燃料リザーバ(22)へ移送する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料容器(10)。
- 第2の燃料リザーバ(22)が、燃料容器(10)内に配置された、燃料コンポーネント用の支持体ボディに配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料容器(10)。
- 燃料容器(10)内で別体の第1の燃料リザーバ(12)内に配置された燃料ポンプに燃料を供給する方法であって、別体の第1の燃料リザーバ(12)が第1の移送ポンプによって連続的に燃料を供給される、ものにおいて、以下のステップ:
−別体の第2の燃料リザーバ(22)を準備するステップであって、前記第2の燃料リザーバ(22)から液体導管(24)が第1の燃料リザーバ(12)へ通じている、ステップ、
−別体の第2の燃料リザーバ(22)に燃料を連続的に充填するステップ、
−燃料容器(10)内の低い燃料レベル、及び、同時に燃料容器(10)を有する車両の縦加速又は横加速が続くことに基づいて、移送ポンプによる別体の第1の燃料リザーバ(12)への供給が中断された場合に、第2の燃料リザーバ(22)から第1の燃料リザーバ(12)内へ燃料を移送するために遠心力を利用するステップ、
を特徴とする方法。 - 別体の第2の燃料リザーバ(22)を連続的に充填するために、第2の移送ポンプ(14、18)が使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1及び/又は第2の移送ポンプ(14、18)として、サクションジェットポンプが使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 別体の第2の燃料リザーバ(22)が、少なくとも部分的に、別体の第1の燃料リザーバ(12)の上方に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
