Description
Claims (17)
- 第1の乗物シート構成要素と、
第1の乗物シート構成要素に対してピボット可能な第2の乗物シート構成要素と、
第1の乗物シート構成要素と、第2の乗物シート構成要素と、を固定する締結具と、
径方向の振動を吸収するスペーサと、を有し、該スペーサは、本体と、前記本体と前記締結具との間に設けられて軸方向の振動を吸収する少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部と、を含み、前記本体と前記少なくとも1つの葉状部は、単一の構成要素を定めるように一体に設けられていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 第1の乗物シート構成要素は、乗物シートの背もたれのフレームサブアセンブリ構成要素であり、第2の乗物シート構成要素は、シートクッション構成要素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 第2の乗物シート構成要素は、弾性アセンブリであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記締結具は、シャンク部と、比較的直径が大きいシャンク部と、ショルダ部と、を含み、前記締結具の比較的直径が大きいシャンク部が、前記スペーサの開口部に収容され、前記少なくとも1つの葉状部が、前記締結具のショルダ部と接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記本体は、比較的直径が小さい部分と比較的直径が大きい部分とを含み、比較的直径が大きい部分がフランジによって定められていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部は、前記フランジによって前記本体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部の各々と、前記本体と、の間に周方向の空間が画成され、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部の各々の直線面と、前記フランジの平面と、の間に径方向の空間が画成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部は、前記本体の上面から約0.6mm突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部は、前記本体の周囲に周方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部は、3つの葉状部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 第1の乗物シート構成要素と、
第1の乗物シート構成要素に対してピボット可能な第2の乗物シート構成要素と、
第1の乗物シート構成要素と、第2の乗物シート構成要素と、を固定する締結具と、を有し、前記締結具は、シャンク部と、比較的直径が大きいシャンク部と、ショルダ部と、を含み、前記締結具の比較的直径が大きいシャンク部が、スペーサの開口部に収容され、少なくとも1つの葉状部が、前記締結具のショルダ部と接触し、
径方向の振動を吸収するスペーサをさらに有し、該スペーサは、本体と、前記本体と前記締結具との間に設けられて軸方向の振動を吸収する少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部と、を含み、前記本体と前記少なくとも1つの葉状部は、単一の構成要素を定めるように一体に設けられており、前記少なくとも1つの葉状部は、前記本体の周囲に周方向に延びるとともに、3つの葉状部を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 第1の乗物シート構成要素は、乗物シートの背もたれのフレームサブアセンブリ構成要素であり、第2の乗物シート構成要素は、シートクッション構成要素であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 第2の乗物シート構成要素は、弾性アセンブリであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記本体は、比較的直径が小さい部分と比較的直径が大きい部分とを含み、比較的直径が大きい部分がフランジによって定められていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部は、前記フランジによって前記本体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの葉状部の各々と、前記本体と、の間に周方向の空間が画成され、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部の各々の直線面と、前記フランジの平面と、の間に径方向の空間が画成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性を有する葉状部は、前記本体の上面から約0.6mm突出していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
