本出願は、2015年12月11日付韓国特許出願第10-2015-0177259号を基礎とした優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されている全ての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
Claims (7)
- 電極組み立て体と、電解液が収容されたケースのシーリング部をシーリングする二次電池用シーリング装置において、
前記シーリング部の表面を熱融着してシーリングする第1シーリング片と第2シーリング片で設けられるシーリング部材を含み、
前記第1シーリング片と前記第2シーリング片は、前記シーリング部の表面の外側端から反対側の内側端の方向に備えられ、
前記シーリング部の表面を熱融着してシーリングする複数個の熱融着部と、前記複数個の熱融着部の間に備えられ、
前記シーリング部の表面をシーリングしない未熱融着部で設けられる、
二次電池用シーリング装置。 - 前記未熱融着部は、前記シーリング部の表面方向に開放される開放溝で形成される、
請求項1に記載の二次電池用シーリング装置。 - 前記第1シーリング片の未熱融着部と、前記第2シーリング片の未熱融着部は、相互対応するように備えられる、
請求項1または2に記載の二次電池用シーリング装置。 - 前記シーリング部の内側端に位置した前記熱融着部には、前記シーリング部の内側端へ行くほど上向きに傾いた上向き傾斜面が形成され、
前記上向き傾斜面は、前記シーリング部の内側端へ行くほど加圧力を減少させ、
前記シーリング部の内側端の幅が徐々に増大されるように変形させる、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池用シーリング装置。 - 前記シーリング部の外側端に位置した前記熱融着部には、前記シーリング部の外側へ行くほど下向きに傾いた下向き傾斜面が形成され、
前記下向き傾斜面は、前記シーリング部の外側端へ行くほど加圧力を徐々に増大させ、
前記シーリング部の外側端を尖ったように変形させる、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池用シーリング装置。 - 前記シーリング部の外側端を溶接してシーリングする溶接部材をさらに含む、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用シーリング装置。 - 前記溶接部材は、超音波溶接またはレーザー溶接である、
請求項6に記載の二次電池用シーリング装置。
