Description
本出願は、2015年8月27日付韓国特許出願第10−2015−0121184号及び2016年8月25日付韓国特許出願第10−2016−0108595号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されている全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
技術分野
本発明は、二次電池のシール装置に関し、特にパウチのシール面の熱融着の際、前記シール面の内側に備えられた樹脂層が前記シール面の外部に漏れ出ることを防止した二次電池のシール装置に関する。
第一:シール部材と冷却部材を含むシール装置を設けることにより、パウチのシール面を熱融着して封止するとともに、シール面の内側樹脂層を冷却してパウチの内部に漏れ出ることを防止し、よって、内側樹脂層と電極組立体が接触されることを防止することができる。
Claims (9)
- 電極組立体が収容されたパウチのシール面を熱融着して封止するシール部材;及び、 前記シール面を冷却する冷却部材を含み、
前記冷却部材は、前記シール部材を挟んで前記シール面の内側端部と外側端部をそれぞれ冷却する内側冷却部と外側冷却部とで設けられる、
ことを特徴とする、二次電池のシール装置。 - 前記シール部材は、前記シール面の上面と下面を同時に熱融着して封止することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池のシール装置。
- 前記冷却部材は、前記シール面の上面と下面を同時に冷却することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池のシール装置。
- 前記内側冷却部と前記外側冷却部は、互いに異なる冷却温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池のシール装置。
- 前記シール面の内側端部に設けられた前記内側冷却部は、前記外側冷却部より高い冷却温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池のシール装置。
- 前記内側冷却部と外側冷却部は、互いに異なる冷却面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池のシール装置。
- 前記シール面の内側端部に設けられた前記内側冷却部は、前記外側冷却部より大きい冷却面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池のシール装置。
- 前記冷却部材と前記シール部材は密着しないように配置されることによって、前記冷却部材と前記シール部材の間に断熱及び変形空間を確保することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池のシール装置。
- 前記冷却部材と前記シール部材の間には断熱材が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池のシール装置。
