- キャリアボード、及び

前記キャリアボードは、該キャリアボードが、1つ以上の同一形状又は類似形状の他のキャリアボードと、巻線が互いに交互配置されるようにテセレーションされることができるような、少なくとも2つの収束巻線を備えるコイル形状を持ち、
前記巻線は、複数の直線状セクションを有し、コイルに沿った隣接する前記セクション間の角度は90°であり、隣接する巻線間の垂直方向の間隔は一定であり、
前記直線状セクションは、狭い幅と広い幅とで変化する幅を持ち、前記照明要素は、広い幅を持つ部分に位置し、前記照明要素のアレイは、正方形又は長方形グリッドを形成する、照明デバイス。 - 前記キャリアボードは、前記巻線が互いに交互配置されるように3つの同一又は類似の他のキャリアボードとテセレーションされ得る、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記狭い幅の部分は、へこみにより形成され、交互直線状セクションの一方の組についての前記へこみは、内側縁にあり、交互直線状セクションの他方の組についての前記へこみは、外側縁にある、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 電気コネクタが、コイル形状の最外端又はコイル形状に沿った中間位置に設けられる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 照明デバイスを製造する方法であって、
キャリアボード上に照明要素のアレイを形成するステップ、
前記キャリアボードを少なくとも2つの同一形状又は類似形状のセクションに分割するステップであって、各セクションの前記照明要素のアレイは、正方形又は長方形グリッドを形成する、ステップ、
を有する方法であり、
各セクションは、複数の収束巻線を備えるコイル形状を持ち、前記巻線は、前記分割前に互いに交互配置されていて、
前記巻線は、複数の直線状セクションを有し、コイルに沿った隣接する前記セクション間の角度は90°であり、隣接する巻線間の垂直方向の間隔は一定であり、
前記直線状セクションは、狭い幅と広い幅とで変化する幅を持ち、前記照明要素は、広い幅を持つ部分に位置する、方法。 - 前記狭い幅の部分は、へこみにより形成され、交互直線状セクションの一方の組についての前記へこみは、内側縁にあり、交互直線状セクションの他方の組についての前記へこみは、外側縁にある、請求項5に記載の方法。
